Very helpful and kind people. All kinds of services are excellent according to the price. within walking distance of the city centre. Cleanliness exceeded our expectations. There was all kinds of equipment for cooking in the room. The room is large and bright. We thank you.

Good for the price

Good cheap hotel near the very centre of Sofia. The staff is very friendly and the free private parking offers safety for your car. The bathroom is a little bit too small. The room is not perfect but for the price is ok. Would recommend.

Cheap 'n cheerful

The hotel is in a quiet area about 15mins walk from the main parts of the city. The hotel is clean an comfortable, rooms are very spacious and for the a budget hotel it is fine. The reason I marked it at only 3* is because the curtains were way too small for the windows and so the sun poured through in the morning, one window was completely missing a curtain and the one that was hanging was falling down. Otherwise this hotel is fine. We made a last minute amendment to our booking and the person on the other end of the email was very accommodating in making the change.

Very good cheap hotel

Very good cheap hotel, only 10/15 minutes walk away from main places. Situated in an interesting quiet backstreet, apart from the occasional low flying plane! Some might say the area is a little rundown, but so is Sofia!! I booked a single, but got a double for same price. Had sole use of shower room just outside my room. Room had TV, kettle and large fridge, plus nice balcony (without seats/table). Large parking off street parking area, where there was also outside seating in nice courtyard.
If you like walking, take number 4 tram, then 107 bus to Boyana church and go walking in the hills. Get the all day/above ground transport ticket from the booths for 4 lev (a bargain!). Some of the paths are steep and quite difficult but the waterfall and river are well worth the effort.

Decent budget option

We stayed here in August last year. The location is quiet but still close to the centre of Sofia but there was not a lot of interesting things nearby.
Our room was large and modern although the decor was quite sharp.
The room had good wifi, fridge, kettle, cable tv and a small balcony.
There was a communal outdoor sitting area and parking.
Staff were nice and helped us with printing.
We didn't find Sofia very interesting.
