Delighted
If you compare with other 4 stars in area, maybe you get a better hotel, however great price/quality ratio. I recommend for families with kids.

Bad food

Cozy warm place near the park, Clean SPA, Great food, Nice people, Great organization
The rooms were clean up to date equipped with large comfortable bed and a flat screen TV. The bathroom which is a weak point of many hotels was clean as well with no signs of mold or dirt in the corners. Everything was working properly. The air conditioner was enough to heat the room without making any odd noises disturbing our sleep.
The food was delicious and diverse pretty much combining local production in traditional and creative ways. There were these tiny little details making us feel at home like serving Skembe soup and chilly peppers at dinner, slicing the tomatoes in tiny peaces and not as pretty much all the hotels do - in four like if they are meant for a pig.
What also made a very nice impression was the good organization of the tables - each group had reserved spots from the arrival.
The SPA was clean and nice. We especially enjoyed the Steam bath.
Downsides:
The mattresses could be renewed at a certain point;
The hot water was unable to reach the top floors at peak usage hours;
When all the rooms are full it kind of gets too cozy in the SPA area which is no doubt well done but a bit too small for handling all the guests at once. Amazing as it its however we did not find it too disturbing.
The entertainment program we had one of the evenings could use a bit updating as well - like the youngest of our company considered it a lesson of ancient musical history.
The stated above pretty much explains the four and not five stars for the rating but still - we enjoyed our time very much.
Thanks to the owner and the entire hotel stuff for their efforts and time!
