The horror is the hotel in Montenegro; photos to follow.
The lady at the reception was a horror.
The older gentleman, I don't know who that was, was a total horror.
Rooms are small and dirty, bed linens are only changed every three days, which is promised but not kept; the room is very dirty, very negative energy.
The price-performance ratio is not right at all; for this price, you can find much better hotels here. Attention: the hotel looks much better in the photos than in reality.
It is a real shame; we wanted to check out early but would have lost all our money. Now we also understand why they collect all the money immediately upon arrival. It is a real shame, very sad. Please think it over carefully before you book there; there are significantly better hotels here for the same money.

AS A SENIOR TRAVEL AGENT: DON'T GO THERE, NEVER...
As a tourism professional with 15 years of experience, currently working as a manager at a major IATA travel agency, I can confidently say that what I experienced here is far below any acceptable hospitality standard.
One day when I returned to my room, I found the toilet in a disgusting condition — someone had clearly used it and not flushed. This is absolutely unacceptable in any hotel, let alone one claiming to be 4-star.
I immediately went to reception and explained the situation to the blonde receptionist. I suggested that perhaps the cleaning staff might have used it, but she insisted that they do not use guest toilets. When I pointed out that this would then indicate a serious security issue — meaning someone else had entered my room — she claimed that only I had the key.
Instead of taking responsibility, she shockingly asked me if I could have done it myself or if I had a guest in the room. I was extremely offended by this accusation, as it implied that I was lying. She said she would ask the cleaning staff, but after that, no one ever followed up with me.
There was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt whatsoever to make up for this unacceptable situation.
This hotel does not deserve its 4-star rating — it is barely 1-star at best. If the neighboring Avala is considered 4-star, then this property can only deserve 1 star.
Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

First of all, there was no hot water and no hair dryer, which are basic necessities in any hotel. Having to shower with cold water was completely unacceptable.
, The communication was terrible. The receptionist was rude, unwelcoming, and showed zero professionalism.
The parking was supposed to be included, but we were forced to pay extra for it. Also, the price shown online (on Booking) was cheaper, but when we arrived, they charged us more — completely unfair and misleading.

One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had!
The room we got was horrible no real window, the ceiling is very low and going down in a slope, it an attic look like a storage. I honestly felt like in a small prison. Not even close to the pictures.
After long time waiting and talking, we asked if we can get another room, Finally they agreed to give other room for 50 euro extra, which we paid just because we had no choice!
In the morning they rushed us to get out of the room very early, with no respect. Felt like they just want us to leave already.
Later I checked reviews on Google and I saw I’m not the only one. There are more people that write same kind of stories bad treatment and weird situations.
Only good thing was the location, but the energy and the attitude were just bad. Wouldn’t go back.
