Such a lovely hotel! The room was beautiful and very clean, and the location was perfect once I got to know my way around the Old Town a little better. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, which I really appreciated during my stay. I had a really nice experience here and would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful hotel in the very heart of town so the location is perfect. There is a bar / club directly below with blasting techno music until 1am. We stayed up each night till then as there’s no way to fall asleep. Other than that, the staff are very helpful and friendly and location is unbeatable

Comfortable, clean and welcoming.

The old town has no cars due to it's tiny cobbled streets so the cab dropped us outside and pointed us in the direction of the shops, restaurants and hotels. There are no street numbers which made it fun and we seemed to find the hotel straight away. We were given a great welcome and were able to get into our room early as it was already made up. The room was beautiful with everything we needed including storage and two TV's. The complimentary toiletries were the Rituals brand which was a nice touch. The bed was the best I have slept in out of all the places we have stayed. The pillow was so comfortable and as the weather was so hot the separate duvets were appreciated although the air conditioning was very effective. The bed was firm but soft at the same time which meant we both slept well. Our room was amongst the night life which we could hear if our balcony doors were open but they were very good at keeping the buzz of excitement out so our sleep was not disturbed. If however the slightest noise keeps you awake ear plugs will do the trick. We were warned but did not find it a problem even though we were almost right on top of a bar.
It has a relaxed roof top bar with excellent service and the waiter will even call the lift for you. The breakfast was also very relaxed with no need to keep getting up and going to a buffet. Everything is served to you and this starts the day well. We would have a selection of local meats and cheese and freshly cooked pasties with great coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. All the staff were very accommodating and more than willing to help with any query. I asked for an iron and although they weren't sure if they had one it arrived at our room before the lift had delivered us. Front of house had run up the stairs ahead of us. This hotel is very relaxed but also very professional which is such a great combination. We were treated very respectfully but also had a great laugh with the staff.

The hotel itself is gorgeous and located in the heart of the old town - it’s very easy to get to everywhere and there’s lots of food options around. The staff were lovely and the room was very clean. The thing that really let it down were the bars outside which blasted music until 1am - I am a heavy sleeper but even I couldn’t ignore the room vibrating from the music outside. It’s fair that this is not the hotel’s fault, and the staff were extremely apologetic but there was unfortunately nothing they could do and so it meant I got poor sleep 2/3 nights we stayed (this was on weekdays). Alternatively, you could join in on the party at the bars instead!

Loved my stay here … the staff were invariably helpful and courteous… it was a joy staying here.. loved the quirky room and the location of the hotel .. bang in the old town … kudos to the staff the property manager
