Great apartment/ hotel with wonderful views on Kotor Bay.

The hotel apartment is about 2.5 KM from Kotor town, it is well located within 50 meters of the bay. Apartment was well equipped for the 5 day stay. We were in room #1 with great view of the bay and mountains, very serene and relaxing. The staff tries very hard to satisfy and we have nothing but praise for them and for their efforts. BKFST is included and quite a decent choice. A welcome bottle of wine was left to us in the room in check-in. There is a local restaurant about 20 meters away with excellent food and decent prices. Highly recommended and will stay again if we return to Montenegro.

Low cost and good location with private parking!

We arrived early and our host invited us in for coffee and hard boiled eggs. We sat at the table and talked until our apartment was cleaned. We really enjoyed this as it was raining and we knew Perast was small so we could see everything in a matter of hours. Our apartment cost 35 euros for a night and our host gave us more hard boiled eggs, potica, and another sweet cake. They were all so lovely. We left at 6 in the morning and there was a knock at our door with coffee...how sweet is that? We definitely got a nice deal and the apartment had private parking. It is a bit dated, but clean and quiet.

Roomy apartment with views..

We have stayed here many times on our way to Podgorica airport. Always receive a warm welcome from the lovely owners. The apartment is close to cafes and bars, and of course the lake itself. Roomy terrace with views across the river. Highly recommended

Disappointing

Friendly, helpful family but apartment is extremely basic [no knives with which to eat]! There is nowhere to eat inside, so if the weather is bad, eating in/on the bed is the only option. Unfortunately, cleanliness was definitely lacking [inside of oven, cook-top switches dirty, cupboards and doors daubed with fingermarks, underneath taps etc].
House difficult to find as there is no indication of name/number. Additionally, which made our stay very unpleasant, were the voracious mosquitoes each afternoon. Sorry, would not recommend.

Excellent apartments

We spent 4 days in apartment Jovanovic in May and we can highly recommend it. We arrived from Dubrovnik by car and Apartments Jovanovic was very easy to find, located near Kotor´s main road. Location is excellent: beach boulevard is close by and there is only about 20 minute walk to Kotor´s old town and city centre. There is also a couple of excellent restaurants just around the corner.
Place is beautiful and quiet. Rooms are very well equipped, clean and cosy. We also had great view from our balcony to the Kotor bay. The owner Marco was the most friendly and helpful person and made us feel very welcome. We enjoyed our stay in Apartments Jovanovic very much and we couldn't have wished anything more.
Ps. Marco was just about to open a small hotel right next to the apartments. Based on our experience, I’m sure that it will also be an excellent option for accommodation.
