Hotel Jiřinka - Dolní Morava

We went with our families and rented a house called Rozárka. It had everything you need for a week-long stay. I have to highlight the fireplace, also such a small thung as the drying rack for clothes, towels, and even separate towels for the swimming pool.
The on-site five-star restaurant was amazing — both the food and the service were outstanding. The concentration of kind, friendly people was truly heartwarming.
Thank you for that! We’ll definitely be coming back — hopefully in winter as well.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in the apartment in the guesthouse Jiřinka.
We really appreciate the comprehensively equipped apartment, the exterior spaces and the cleanliness everywhere.

Bikers experience

Looks like new facility, all clean, prepared for our stay. Well organized for bikers.
Extremely nice and helpful service at reception. Located nearby the bikebark but still quiet location.
We will be back for sure!

Excellent hotel with super service -- they literally rescued us!

Excellent hotel. I stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 nights for a romantic weekend getaway just before Valentine's Day, and we had a fabulous time. I booked it at the last minute so the only room available was the Větrník apartment which was very cozy, spacious, and had all the amenities (cookware etc) we could want during our stay. It was a few minutes walk from the apartment to the chairlift, and a few minutes walk from the apartment to the main building where the restaurant and spa are located (but we drove the distance in 1-2 minutes with our car to stay warm as it was cold winter during our visit). For us it was a perfect balance between privacy and convenience. We skipped dinner during our stay but we enjoyed the dinner which was delicious classic Czech fare and drinks. In the main building, we enjoyed the spa (whirlpool, sauna, steam room) to relax at the end of the day. The customer service here is superb, and we have a memorable experience which exemplifies this: We had bad luck on our first day: almost immediately after checking in, during our drive from the main building to our Větrník apartment we (well, I should honestly say "I") took the wrong road and our car got stuck in deep snow (it had been snowing heavily and it was my own mistake with my own bad driving). After trying and failing for ten minutes to dig out the snow around the tires, we called the reception and just minutes later Marek arrived with his tractor, hooked it onto our fender, quickly pulled us out to safety and freedom, and guided us to our apartment. Extremely kind and courteous fellow, and a real hero. Jarka, Michaela, Olga and others were all very nice and helpful -- a great team of all lovely and kind staff at the hotel and its restaurant. We had a marvellous time at Dolni Morava, we were delighted with our experience at Penzion Jirinka (a.k.a. "Hotel Jirinka"), and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit!
