excellent guesthouse with restaurant in Nepajedla
The pension is located in the heart of Nepajedla and is very easy to reach. Although located very close to the main road, the rooms are quiet. The guesthouse has no private parking but there is sufficient space in front of the complex. In front of the guesthouse/restaurant there is a dining garden.
A disco is operated in the adjacent property on Friday and Saturday. The pension provider also indicates this on the homepage. Noise sensitive persons should therefore request a quieter room when booking a room.
The guest house houses a restaurant. It offers lunch menus in addition to the normal menu. This includes (as of 05/2025) in addition to small things about beer also soups, classic Czech dish but also burgers and a few international dishes.
The reception is in the entrance area and cannot be missed. If the restaurant is closed, you can easily reach the rooms through the side garage door.
The breakfast buffet is served on the right side in the morning. The whole property is very well maintained and clean. The reception through the basement was nice and quite professional. We were informed about all the necessities and it was and then also the way to the room explained and shown. Rooms are only accessible by stairs. The staircase is bright and well maintained.
Room #3:
The room is quite spacious and a well closing door keeps normal noise out. The anteroom is equipped with a hanging wardrobe, ample storage facilities and a hanging part for jackets, shirts etc. The whole room is carpeted and these are very well maintained.
Also the size of the bathroom is sufficient and well equipped. It is very well maintained and clean. All fittings including the shower unit work very well and do not show any damage. The rain shower works smoothly. The ventilation does a really good job and is clean. Under the sink there are 2 stores that offer additional storage space if necessary. The light can be regulated well by means of a 2-piece switch. The hair dryer performs its function as planned. In the bathroom, the temperature can also be raised by a large wall radiator (electrically regulated) if necessary.
In the bedroom there is a table with 2 armchairs. The double bed (2 single beds with one mattress each) is quite massive and the mattresses were felt to be very comfortable (medium hardness). Clean sheets, blankets and head pads as well as a small refrigerator stand out very pleasantly. A large TV set (no international channels - as of 05/2025) is attached to the wall. Media can be played back on this via notebook or the like. Next to the bed there are 2 small tables as additional shelves. In addition to the beds, a USB socket (connection for 2x USB -> 1xA and 1xC) was installed instead of a socket. Over 2 larger roof windows you have a direct view of the town hall. By means of the large radiator, the room can be very well tempered. In addition, there is air conditioning in the room. This also worked without any problems.

Scrambled eggs, hot sausages, fried bacon, cheese, sausage, ham, jam, east, vegetables and various pastries also leave a very good impression here. Espresso can be taken by the guest himself via an espresso machine (booth 05/2025 - Nespresso system). Tea or coffee milk drinks are prepared on request. If something is missing, you can contact the staff. It is very helpful and service oriented.
To the restaurant:
We enjoyed the lunch. A classic goulash and spaghetti carbonara (on the menu without Obers - as in Italy) were our choice. For dinner we chose 2 burgers from the menu and also these were very good. We can therefore recommend the kitchen.
In addition to the "classic" beers (as of 05/2025), a beer from a small regional brewery (very aromatic) is also offered.
