Vylet s rodinou

Rezervovali jsme si hotel, diky nadherne prirode v okoli.Byli jsme ubytovani ve 2.patre , na pokoji s TV, pokoj velmi cisty uklizeny.Obsluha vyjde vstric,komunikativni a vse v poradku.Dale restaurace v hotelu je spickova a za dobrou cenu.Velmi krasne prostredi.Urcite se vratime.

The overprized Hotel, Grumpf!

Loud, run-down accommodation, overpriced, and the service is outdated.Unfortunately, some of the furnishings are not functional, and the room and bathroom are in dire need of renovation. The asking price is far too high and should be adjusted. With my travel experience (over 20 years of business trips), I wouldn't pay more than €40 per night for a hotel room on an upper floor. The elevator wasn't working, which could prove to be a problem for some guests. There is no parking available, and the hotel should perhaps offer some; this would improve the overall experience. The restaurant, on the other hand, can be described as good (7) (0-10 being perfect). I cannot recommend breakfast, as the selection is very limited. Eggs, cheese and cold cuts, tomatoes, and sweets—the same every day (only the egg dishes change).

Food is good, sleep is not

The food is good and definitely a positive aspect of the hotel. Unfortunately, the accommodation itself has several drawbacks. The rooms are very noisy, and you can hear a lot from neighboring rooms, such as flushing toilets and snoring. The hotel is also located directly on a busy main road, so traffic from cars and trucks can be heard throughout the night. The windows do not seem to be fully soundproof, which makes the noise more noticeable.
In addition, there is little to no service available, and the hotel does not offer parking. Overall, it was difficult to get a restful night’s sleep.

Extremely low standard for high price

Price: on 150 % of average.
Quality: on 30 % of average.
It is a noisy hotel close to main road.
I got a room in an attic (the top floor). There was very hot and no air conditioning. I asked for another room in 1st floor. Communication with staff was horrible. It was unpleasant and unwilling. I got another room, it was a bit larger, a temperature was OK but it was dirty (dirt in the bathroom, some hair from previous guests in bed), bed was discomfortable, no wifi connection.
There were 3 lamps and 1 TV on the room but the only socket for them! I regret that I choose this “hotel”.
Night in the Hell must be The Heaven compared to Hotel Classic in Novy Bydzov.
