Good but not great

Staff very helpful and kind (vote 10). The restaurant (vote 9) serves very good dishes typical of the area at fair prices. Also the kitchen was kind and came to meet us for a request made for my daughter. We enjoyed the continental breakfast (vote 9) with typical dishes of the area, abundant and well stocked during opening hours. The hotel also has excellent wifi and is equipped with ample free parking (vote 10), all very close to the Aqualand Moravia water park, which is easily accessible on foot.
What did not like · Inside the structure there is a construction site that does not like but does not compromise the tranquility of the stay. Standard room (vote 5), a bit too standard, located on an annexe close enough to the reception carpeted, and furnishings a bit dated , no telephone connection with the reception and not completely "dusted off" on our arrival. Bunk bed with sides not suitable for children up to six years of age, and a bathroom a little cramped. The price for the stay alone in my opinion is not adequate to the offer provided, but in line with those of the area. Personally, except for the services offered and the friendly and helpful staff, I feel disappointed because the room did not meet expectations.

Flawless relaxation in Pálava

A few days well spent, trips around Pálava in the spring weather, pleasant rooms with comfortable sleeping, friendly and kind staff - from reception at the reception, through Mr. Radek and Mr. Vrablik in the restaurant to the nice lady at the pool.
In addition, there is a healing sulfur spring that fills the pool and a delicious kitchen - rich breakfast tables and excellent cuisine in the evening. it was simply perfect.
We are very happy that we finally got here and overall very satisfied. We are planning another visit for October.

Bad honey moon

Incomprehensible behaviour of the empress, who was not humane and brought another order. Another problem in the kitchen, that everything took a long time and their attitude to work was more like "unpack and go home".
In the restaurant there is a great whole wine cellar, but nobody knows what is in it...the lady said, "I don't know what is there I haven't been there for 4 days" Rooms clean. Reception is quiet.

Disappontment

We are a family of 6 - 3 adults and 3 kids. When deciding on a hotel we chose Musov termal near the aqualand though other hotels were cheaper. Musov advertised its pool and that was why we chose it. The SURPRISE was that as guests of the hotel we were asked to PAY for using the pool. Never had such an experience . very DISAPPOINTING

Average hotel with good service

Hotel benefits from sulphuric hot water springs - that was main reasons why we headed there.
Receptionist was extremely nice and helpful. We had Comfort room with balcony and lake view in a villa next to main building. Nicely furnished but: landline did not work, there was no hotel book with information like wifi password, restaurant opening hours or list of medical treatments. Noise from outside from passing cars. We spent a weekend there but no-one cleaned the room.
Wellness centre was somehow standard: small pool with natural hot water (it was great to relax in but only until a loud group arrived), couple of saunas and water treatment area. We had a bath in sulphur water (green) that really helped our skin - recommended.
