Best hotel experience by far

What an amazing experience! Hands down THE best hotel stays ive had. Ive been to some pretty nice hotels ( four seasons - SF and Denver / intercontinental - LA / Kimpton - Budapest) and this blows all of them out of the park.
Location - Amazing location in the heart of old town. Can walk to any of the famous tourist attractions in 10 to 15 minutes. Its also just far enough so you dont have crazy tourist foot traffic outside the hotel at all times so you dont get some peace. Also located right next to a station so public transportation is easily accessible.
Atmosphere - The lobby, rooms, restaurant have great ambience. Whoever designed them did a great job as the rooms feel grand and have character to them. Im not a fan of the 4 seasons as its just bland corporate slop. Lighting is great and you really feel like you are in a prague palace instead of a hotel.
Breakfast- MUST HAVE! Oh my heavens. Best breakfast ive had at a hotel and pretty much anywhere. I booked through Chase portal and breakfast was included and honestly this sealed the deal. They provide a buffet which is so well presented with high quality ingredients. You can tell that they really put effort with the attention to detail. There is also the a la carte menu which is EVEN better and INCLUDED!! You MUST get the French Toast. WOW! WOW! WOW! I have no words - just try it! You can order anything with no limit on their a la carte menu which is the full restaurant breakfast menu and no a crappy limited menu (looking at you Kimpton).
Amenities - They offer a coffee or drink at check in which is a nice touch. In room, they offer a selection of soft drinks from a local brand which was cool. These are free and you can ask for more!!
This hotel is just amazing all around and has everything you can ask for. The experience is just elevated as the staff are incredibly friendly, conversational, and very helpful! The hotel offers extras and doesn’t try to nickel and dime you which adds to that premium feel. I believe that you will have an amazing experience at this hotel! Will be back for sure!

nice hotel and staff

Nice hotel, friendly staff. We had a hiccup with our room but they made it right and apologized for the inconvenience. (Apologies are so important). A/C seem to have a governor on it and it was hard to cool down. You can open the windows but there are no screens and this room overlooked the tram with ran most of the night and is very loud.

Loved the helpful staff and great location.

Very helpful and accommodating staff, who helpfully gave us great room upgrades.
Extremely comfortable rooms.
Breakfast included with Chase booking was quite tasty, and you can even have it in your room. The welcome amenity was a nice bottle of wine too!
The rooms can "only" be set to 20 degrees C, but this seemed cool enough despite the heat wave!

Prague for the Pilsner, Amazed by the Hospitality and Beauty

Fantastic experience from the moment we were picked up at the airport until we checked out. The hotel is beautiful, located near everything you would want to visit. The restaurant and bar were great ways to start and end the day. The trolleys were a little loud but became white noise and slept like a rock. Cannot say enough great things about our entire experience!

Fantastic Family Stay in the Heart of Prague

We had a fantastic stay at the Andaz Prague and would highly recommend it, especially for families.
The hotel is modern, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean. Our family room for four was spacious, comfortable, and very well laid out - everyone loved it. We stayed on the second floor during a heat wave, and the air conditioning worked extremely well. Staying here was the highlight of our trip!
There were so many thoughtful touches, including the complimentary in-room minibar, still and sparkling water refills available in the lobby, and a daily happy hour (delicious free drinks). Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection and very attentive service. We also had a wonderful meal at ZEM restaurant.
The location is perfect for exploring Prague on foot, with many of the major sights, restaurants, and shopping areas within easy walking distance.
Most importantly, the staff were phenomenal—warm, helpful, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. The Andaz was one of the highlights of our time in Prague, and we would gladly stay here again.
