Nice apartment, matching the photos, not big but complete and sufficient to stay a few days.
In Zizkov you can watch the impressive television tower with the babies of David Cerny, but you will also find quite a bit of street art.
Zizkov is also known for her greasy street art and excellent coffee. The obscure bars here are effortlessly interspersed with hip coffee shops.
Also nice, supermarket Lidl and Albert are within walking distance.
There is no nameplate at the entrance of the apartment complex, so keep the house number handy. The gate of the complex opens with a code after which you enter the main entrance, again with a different code.
Then you can take the elevator to the 2nd floor to get the key to the apartment from the locker box. Watch out, the lights in the hallway go out fast. A better motion detector can be put on this.
The apartment itself is complete, but lacks a closet with shelf space or shelves where you can hang / lay clothes. Now that was saving. There was also no room to put away luggage, because the bed is too low to slide it under. This means that the luggage has to stay in the space and that makes the space rather full.
Bed is small and creaky, mattress on the thin side as well as the pillows (IKEA) but is reasonable. Too bad there is little attention in terms of hygiene, hair in the bedding and a chewing gum on the bed edge.
In addition, the kitchen requires some adjustments, skirting boards are loose, sealant edges are released. To cook there are some pans and cooking utensils, but lacks pepper, salt and oil (these are inner cabinet, but empty).
However, there is detergent for when you would like to use the washing machine.
In addition, the bathroom is practically laid out with a large boiler so you are guaranteed hot water. Too bad that the soap dispenser and toilet roll holder are not attached to the wall, these are loose in the cupboard...
Furthermore, we had a stay of 6 nights, where we only had 2 towels and a towel for the kitchen. Too little, in our opinion, for this long stay. After contacting the manager, she let us know that there was no housekeeping like in a hotel. But still we got an extra set of towels.
After 4 days, the Wi-Fi network was lost. Letting the manger know, but unfortunately had no response.
