Solid 8

Family of sharing a room for prolonged weekend. Room are a bit tiny but works well. The split rooms of toilet and bathroom first comes as ‘funny’ but actually is ideal when 3 people or more is sharing the room.
Breakfast was great, lots of choices. But a slightly noisy area.
The Green line, Metro is about 10 mins away and will take you to city center within minutes.
Note, if you want to park near the hotel, you need to coordinate/book well in advance! Considering the wast room availability vs. Parking spaces at hotel premises.
A busy hotel, but all of the staff we communicated with were super helpful.
A solid 8 ranking from me.

Worst experience

DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL.
Worst experience, clearly they are trying to rip off as much money as possible out of you.
First the parking situation, they have a parking space of maybe 15 spots for a hotel with way more rooms. When you get there they say they have another location where you have to pay and theoretically they pay you back for that.
Another problem is that the parking location is only for 24 hours and you have to go daily to take the car out and put it back in so you get another 24 hours. After a lot of arguing I got a key card for a long term parking for them, for which I still had to pay a 20 euro deposit. Theoretically this deposit will be unblocked upon returning the key card, still waiting to see if it will be unblocked
Second issue when we booked the room, it said breakfast included BUT be aware because they have a picture that says Express Breakfast. This means that you get your breakfast at the bar in a bag. You get a stale croissant, and apple and two packs of biscuits. This was never explained within the booking process, nor on their booking page, nor in the booking confirmation. It's only a picture that says express breakfast which is not legally binding. When you get there and complain they don't care and tell you to upgrade for 5 euro/day/person.
I made a complaint to booking and I got a small reimbursement from booking after they (Booking) couldn't get in touch with the property for the entire duration of my stay.
There are a lot more flaws like the wardrobe doors being broken, they have no AC, only a fan that sounds like a rocket engine, bathrooms small, no water pressure and many other small details.
These types of hotels don't have any place in 2026.

Honest review

Hotel uno is not a hotel I would go back to , the welcome was poor although one young man in reception Kris was lovely the others not so , felt like a burden to be honest . Room was on 15th floor , lifts go to 14th and had to carry bags up flight stairs after, NO A/C so room felt hotter than outside, has fan but blew hot air , no tv working no phone to call down to reception . Breakfast if I had to pay for it I wouldn’t of bothered , no seating area after 10pm and have to buy something from bar (bar very small) to sit there and only one not very welcoming barboy , rope will be tied around chairs and tables at 10pm nowhere to relax outside..
Has shop next to it and was so hot in there we were amazed the chocolate didn’t melt .
Positives short walk to metro , Prague city absolutely beautiful .

NEVER AGAIN

Where do i start.
Chris and a few others were nice.
That being said. The rooms do not match the pictures & what you get. No Aircon 40 degree heat in the rooms.
Parking is an absolute nightmare.
Bar isnt fit for purpose.
Lobby is as hot as a sauna
Can't sit outside after 10pm
Charged for parking
No Satalie TV as stated
Rude unhelpful Staff.
The shop is 40degrees everything warm or melted
Room Fridge isnt big enough for a Small bottle of water.
Restaurant in the evening only has pre made frozen Pizzas nothing else on the menu. Lift to the 14th floor then you have to travel up with bags up to the 15th floor.
Lifts aren't big enough for the amount of guests. Unfortunately the list would get bigger if there was enough space for it in this review.
Never again.

10 minute walk to the Metro/Tram
Small grocery shop on site
Larger grocery store 5 mins walk away
38 deg and Hotel has no air con...big fans in room that circulate hot air.
Staff not friendly at all..asked for bigger room was told no..4 adults in our room and no space to put down suitcases..photos are very misleading for larger rooms.Would NOT recommend to stay here. No mirror in room..asked for a mirror was told none available. Towels not left in room ..went to reception..no apology ..reply was that is unusual..had dinner reservation..after half hour still no towels. Called reception again I was asked if I had a do not disturb sign..still no apology.
