Dining team was solid, though food was only available during narrow windows of time. Reception was rather impersonal and rough around the edge s, probably because of lack of training and understaffed. Location is quiet with few dining options in the immediate vicinity.

Nice clean hotel, great outdoor seating, great breakfast (prosecco included!), and it felt safe as the staff would handle the bag room rather than letting anyone enter which is what some worse hotels do.
Good area near Havlíčkovy sady park.

All smoke and no roast

Despite the beautiful structure and excellent breakfast, I felt compelled to review this hotel with one star because the service caused significant discomfort: after numerous requests and multiple reports to the staff, it took more than three days to have our room cleaned. It's a shame remembering that the structure is 5 stars.

Fantastic stay, great staff and hotel, excellent breakfast.

Great stay, lovely hotel and very comfortable. Staff are extremely helpful and the breakfast is tremendous. Very quiet and nice rooms. Easy access to public transport which is cheap and excellent. Great value for money and would be delighted to stay there again.

A hidden gem boutique hotel just outside the centre of Prague

Le Palais Arts Prague is a luxurious 5 star boutique hotel offering a beaitiful tranquil setting away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of Prague. The bedroom was beautifully decorated with a view of the quiet street. The bedrooms at the back have fabulous view of the city. I have my eye on a luxury suite for next time. The breakfast choice was extensive and superb. Wonderful fresh fruit, pastries and first class cooked breakfast to temp you. Breakfast on the hotel terrace with wonderful views of city was amazing. The staff were all so attentive and nothing was too much trouble. A particular mention must go to Vladamir, reservations manager and Adela who gave us the opportunity to stay at the hotel (after a bad booking elsewhere) and made our stay perfect. Look no further than Le Palais Arts bouitique hotel. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much, Jacqueline and Alex Woolley
