According to us , the thing that they must develop is the communication. Second night of our stay, the smoke alarm from a room was active till the morning ( from 2am to 8 am). We texted them about it via hotels.com app but nobody came to check . If it was a real fire ,we don't know what would we do 😑 They said they're checking but nobody checked it. And even they didn't send a sorry message.Although we had that sleepless night everything else was really good. Thank you . We would come and stay again.
The hotel was very clean and it is really very close to the public transport. The toilet and bathroom is common , not private so you share them with the people on the same floor.
They offer free breakfast as pancakes, bread ,ham and butter. We loved it as well.

They never sent me the information to enter so I wasn’t able to stay there and had to book a different hotel

The location is perfect. We loved the neighborhood and Prague 1 is very close. There is many stairs in this hotel and many people share the same bathroom. Breakfast is not that good, but it’s something. You eat in your own room and you need to carry it in all those stairs. We bought some vegetables and stuff at Albert and kept in the refrigerator to be fully satisfied. You get what you pay for at this hotel!
Be sure you get the message about the check in before you arrive. It’s a bit tricky and they don’t answer that fast. The entrance is also hard to find the first times. But aim for restaurante Skreitû, it’s next door.

Overall, the stay was good. The breakfast was simple but tasty, there was water available at all times and basic kitchen items. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the common areas were always clean. The bad part, in my opinion, was the bathrooms. For example, using the bathroom and not having a sink to wash your hands immediately afterwards (the sink is in the shower area, and if someone is showering, you can't wash your hands until they leave). The bathroom with the shower is quite large, but it wasn't used efficiently because the shower area is very small; you can't move around too much or water will spill all over the bathroom. They could make better use of the space they have and expand the shower area, as well as adjust the floor so that water doesn't spill everywhere.

The property doesn't look *anything* like the pictures...we couldnt even find it at first. Property in state of disrepair & renovation; dust-covered workmen all over property, but nobody to answer any guest questions or help in any way at property. We were too early to check in because of the train schedule - that's fine, I totally understand if we can't check in for a few hours - but there's no place to store luggage. This left my girlfriend and I with no real options but to sit by the side of the road with our luggage for hours, or to get another hotel entirely. Several hours after checking in to our new hotel (1 Republic, which was GREAT and highly recommended), we finally got a response back from the management saying, in effect, too bad so sad, we're keeping your money. We were further informed in this communication that the hotel does not even have bathrooms in the rooms; its a "shared bathroom & shower" hotel. All the guests share the bathroom & shower.
This was the worst lodging experience in my lifetime. Literally a complete waste of my money.
