A decent hotel!

Stayed at the NH Collection for a week to explore Prague. The funicular is a particular highlight and was very fun to ride! The reception staff on arrival were very friendly and welcoming. The room was lovely, and having a ground floor room with a little patio was a must when travelling with a young child!
The room was generally okay but incredibly dusty! All the surfaces were caked in dust from the minute we got there. Housekeeping was otherwise okay.
A travel tip for future guests - this hotel is quite challenging to find on foot/public transport! Google Maps sends you in ridiculous circles around Andel. There’s no pavement on the left hand side as you approach the hotel, but if you cross the road to the opposite side, you see the NH Prague City and can catch the funicular to the NH Collection at the top!
A decent, but slightly dusty stay!

Traveling with family

My stay at the hotel was perfect from the start to the end. The room was spacious and very nice, we appreciated the balcony with the view of the park. The breakfast buffet was delicious and was really nice to be able to sit in the terrace with the view of Prague. The staff was helpful and kind. We also tried the restaurant at the hotel which was super tasty! Highly recommend this hotel and will come back next time definitely

Brilliant welcoming and safe hotel in Prague

We had an amazing stay at NH Collection Prague. It’s a beautiful spot and the views from the rooftop bar are brilliant.
The rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. The swimming pool was brilliant.
The breakfast was spectacular and the evening restaurant was really good, we were well looked after with our food and it was lovely sitting outside on the terrace.
The cable car wasn’t working but it was fine as there was a shuttle bus and we found it easy to get an Uber into town although there is a metro nearby.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and from my great experience will look out for NH hotels for future trips.
It was a great place to stay with a family there was a little play area by my kids are grown up now!
Thanks to Richard, Marija and Frantisek for making us so welcome during our stay.

Good hotel far from the noise

Pros: good breakfast, absolute tranquility, spacious rooms, a large number of small extras like a coffee machine in the room, gym, etc.
Cons: the location is not central, the breakfast is expensive,
Recommendations: use Bolt or Uber, it is eight to ten euros but make sure to mark the NH Prague, its little brother, not the hotel itself; they take you up with a very curious funicular. If you mark the NH Collection Prague, the taxi will take you all around Prague when taking you up the mountain.
Conclusion: good hotel, not one of the cheap ones, with some easily avoidable drawbacks, I would repeat and recommend it.

Beautiful, quiet hotel with great service

In addition to the beautiful, quiet location, the NH Collection Prague has a great view from the Sky Lounge as well as a wonderful service team that leaves nothing to be desired!
