Super ubytování v Telči / Perfect accommodation in Telč

Velmi příjemná majitelka, útulné a čisté prostředí, snídaně ok. Super lokalita. Moc doporučujeme a určitě se v budoucnu vrátíme.
Very friendly owner, cozy and clean room, nice breakfast. Perfect location. We recommend for staying in Telč and will come back again in future.

Mostly unattended; hostess is unfriendly and unhelpful when she is there

The house and rooms are attractive and quaint enough so it is a shame it isn't well managed at all.
The woman who apparently runs the B&B barely speaks any English so expect even breakfast times to be conveyed via sign language. That might be overlooked if she had the barest trace of a friendly demeanor. She was so unfriendly that she even insisted that payment be made immediately after breakfast on checkout day, rather than during checkout which is the norm.
The house appears to be completely unattended aside from breakfast and a few other random times throughout the day. Twice I tried to complain about the towels which were provided. These were the size of hand towels and were so worn and scratchy....they had reached the stage where you would normally use them for pets or purely as bathmats, albeit they were probably too thin for that even.
As I wasn't able to speak to the woman managing the hotel about the towels, I emailed her at the hotel email address. Two emails were ignored, which is really poor as she could have used google translate to figure out what was being conveyed..

Cosy place, bit louder place

We stayed in this cosy pension one night in December, travelling from east CZ to west CZ. So all we needed was a cosy place to sleep...even though the room was quite tiny, it was very cosy, clean and warm. We were excited to watch the snow fall through our roof windows. Also other parts of the pension were very useful - a fridge, little kitchen, billiard table, fireplace and piano with a good sound. Since it was very cold outside, raining and snowing, we were happy to spend some time here with out little daughter.
The only problem was that we could hear everything from the nextdoor room (including words of the movie they were watching)...this can be solved by asking your neighbours to lower their volume but the bells from the tower across the street cannot be switched off. Unfortunately, I am not able to sleep so deep so i was awake nearly every hour...which was a pity because the blankets were super cosy warm and soft :-)

Fantastic Stay..

We stayed in this beautiful Penzion last weekend and had a wonderful time. The owner was an extremely friendly lady, our room was very nice with a great view of Telc. Great location... Super place to stay...

Charming

Our room was lovely, spacious, and had great views. The bed was very comfortable. Our hostess was wonderful and very helpful. There is parking in back and wifi is free. We were also able to use the refrigerator for our items that needed to be chilled. Nothing is very far in Telc so location is not all that important, but we enjoyed being at this end of the square. Also, this is a very quiet place. And, the gardens are beautiful and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.
