Warm hotel

A great little hotel that radiates warmth. The rooms are nicely decorated and lots of wood makes you feel right at home. Actually, 5 points, however, there are the following to consider.
The typical construction makes the hotel very noisy. For example, you can hear the music in the restaurant clearly in the room. The location directly on a slope, has the advantage of a great view over the bay on one side, on the other side the road and especially the loaded trucks are very noisy.
Depending on the time of year and weather, the smokes of the fireplaces hang in the air, which makes a balcony opening impossible.
The restaurant offers delicious food and is also a breakfast room.

Lousy service.

1 I just arrived at the hotel I booked and there was no one at reception to open the door.
Until the lady came down from the toilet to open...
I wanted to leave things in the room and I couldn’t pass the keys because it wasn’t her job and I had to wait for the receptionist who went out to do some paperwork and who didn’t know what time she came back, who didn’t bring any phones to contact her and had gone to do a technical check on her car.

Excellent stay

Hotel and fantastic rooms! They told us that it is a new management that took the hotel since this month. We didn't know the previous hotel, but we loved this one and will come back happy! Point to part his new restaurant San Martin, unmissable . Fresh oysters and your Basque dessert from another planet. Restaurant prices very good.

I recommend.

Good Attention, excellent view, very rich Chilwe Gin cocktail, exquisite Bowl Veliche, good specialty coffee, very nice hotel and good service. It has a beautiful view and beautiful architecture. I would definitely return and recommend.

The stay was not bad, but its level was much lower compared to the previous year, they no longer have a restaurant

They do not have a restaurant, the breakfasts are not punctual and monotonous, the food is old, the level has dropped a lot compared to the previous year, the experience was very good, I hope they improve, the unreliable administrator would not return there again.
