In love with the view! Romantic getaway guaranteed.
We came just passing through, calculating a 1-night detention on a longer trip. Finally we decided to extend for 3 more nights! We found here a very spacious suite for 2, with wonderful views, a bathroom with a double tub, impeccably heated, and a kitchenette for basic preparations. A supermarket 10 minutes away. Puerto Varas to walk nearby and return to a natural environment, a pier to appreciate several volcanoes. If we had known, we brought the fishing rods. We went paddling in an available kayak. We saw that there are family cabins on stilts over the lagoon, the view from those terraces must be very nice.
Carolina and Eduardo very attentive. The wifi is good and the large barbecue area with TV we watched Netflix and there is a kitchen for events of thirty people, it must be the best.
We will be back!

Disappointment.
We made the reservation for 12.01.24 for 2 nights. We arrived on 12.01, 6:45 p.m., plot 44 Lodge "Thanks to life" according to your instructions, following Waze. It matched the promotional photo. At the entrance to the right is a house, closed, for craft activity. The Lodge is all closed, behind a small court with 2 arches. To the right is a small house, apparently for tools, and a parked truck. Not a soul!! Not an indication. Alóóó Nothing!! About 150 meters away we saw a house, a vehicle, a child and a woman who later disappeared.
What to do after at least 1/2 hour? We went to LLanquihue, with difficulty leaving because the gate was closed, which was open when we entered. Totally disappointed!!
I realize today that they dared to charge for a 2-night stay, without questioning anything!!?!

Awful experience
You should not go to this place without a car a snit is very remote and it is impossible to get a cab or Uber in our experience. Actually do not go even if you have a car. It is a run down property with depressing cabins. The owner said we had to pay in US dollars by law. You need a code to get through the front gate when you arrive and they did not send us the code in advance so we never would have even been able to get in had another car not come along who know the code.

Holiday
Firstly I would like to say we did not choose the cabanas for the bird watching, which is what presumably attracts people. We choose it for the location with peace and quiet.
On arrival we didn’t have the code to open the gate, although we had been sent an email 30 minutes prior to arriving which was no use as we were travelling and no WiFi outside the property. The cabana was basic but I didn’t think it wasn’t particularly clean, the linen was grey and towels very hard. One of the bathrooms had a horrible smell and the other had broken tiles around the bath. WiFi should have been available in the communal area a short walk from the cabana but you had to be outside to connect to it. We ended up leaving but did tell the owner what we found.

Rustic beauty
We loved this place! Quiet, serene, amazing views, and lots of handmade arts by owner.
The cabin was decorated with artifacts, and had a deck right in the water! The views from the cabin are breathtaking on a clear day!
We used the kayak and canoe in their almost private lake and enjoyed the views of the volcanoes.
Breakfast was simple but nicely done with fresh baked breads and muffins.
Caroline and Eduardo were very friendly and welcoming and both speak English! We tremendously enjoyed their two dogs, Milo and Minga.
Cons: the place is simple, no working Wi Fi
The place can be rustic to some, with kitchen only somewhat accessorized, minimal amenities, and shower water change on you from hot to cold.
We would definitely come back!
