Great location and so friendly & helpful

We arrived, they kindly parked our hire car and settled us in.
Our room was ideal, comfortable beds, a double and a single, drawers and a good bathroom. Shower was excellent as was breakfast.
Family run and it showed, very friendly and helpful.
Location great, lounge/breakfast room overlooking the ocean and docks. Short walk to shopping centre, banks, restaurants.

Basic bed in San Antonio served its purpose

With cruise ships departing from this very small fishing village, beds are at a premium. This is a small and basic building with breakfast provisions happily served. The view is SENSATIONAL but be ready to pull the blinds down to keep out the boiling sun!! Our only complaint was a neighbours incessantly barking dog! But there isn't too much to be done about that! A great fish restaurant just down the street while a little further on is a shopping centre. We organised cabs to take us to the cruise ship terminal.

Very disappointed

I made a booking with this hotel about a year before our cruise. Several weeks prior to arriving, I confirmed the reservation by email. When we arrived at the hotel after a day of traveling, the man in charge demanded to see my confirmation. I showed him the message on my phone. He then told me that they were full because of the cruise ship in port and that he would give us a room in their other property. He made some mention that the family member who runs the Hotel Terra Mia had gone overseas to study law and they were running the property for him. We were very put off by his demanding tone and his failure to honour our reservation and confirmation.

Very cute hotel with a stunning view

This was a great hotel! My parents and I stayed there for two nights, and the service was incredible. The staff are very sweet and attentive, the breakfast is delicious, and the views from the main sitting area can't be beat. You're looking out over the port of San Antonio! Definitely recommend it if you're planning on staying in the city.

Great place

Great place in San Antonio, not so far away from the port with restaurants.
Hôtel has also a restaurant nearby but expensive compared to what you find on the port.
Affordable prices, especially for triple rooms.
Great team.
Great view.
Worth it!
