I loved Hotel Sonetto, it has a location close to everything and its very nice facilities.

Excellent attention since we arrived, the treatment was super friendly , friendly, we were told directions, tourist places, shopping centers, the hotel super comfortable everything first class, the rooms very comfortable, the bed super comfortable, the bathroom had everything you need impeccable, the reception staff attentive and very friendly, the facilities very nice and its fantastic pool, the very rich breakfast , I spent a few very happy days in Chile at the Sonetto hotel, a hotel close to everything, I could go on foot to the Plaza de Armas de Santiago, to the Churches, to Fine Arts, to the Metropolitan Park Cerro San Cristobal , shopping centers and restaurants, really the Sonetto Hotel is in a privileged point from where I could tour Santiago de Chile on foot or also using the Metro and Public Transport.

Awful hotel, bitter miserable staff, terrible location and amenities. Emailed to say would be arriving early by only 2 hours and leaving without even taking last night. No replies, and reception just laughed. I guess they wanted money for 2 lousy extra hours after a long trip. Disgusting all round.

Had a three different 3-day periods at hotel, meanwhile I had excursions round Chile and then returned to Santiago.
Hotel location was perfect for me cause I do not need high standard conditions or room service.
Around hotel was lots of local restaurants to choose, easy to walk almost everywhere, local Cabify and Uber had an easy access to front door.
Personell at reception were fantastic, attendantive and glad.
Outsourced breakfast service and breakfast generally was a disappointment - ready “plate” on a table and “coffee buffet”. A bit groomy faces with a couple who run the place. Luckily great lunch restaurants were nearby.
Room was nice, just for my needs. You can also ask room on a higher floor or backside of the building ‘cause there is a busy street at the hotel.
Good bed, comfy lining and pillows. Helpful house keeping ladies.

Worst hotel in the world

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in my life. Dirty, dirty towels, dirty floor, ugly pillow, the wall to write of so much dust. Ugly mattress. Super attendants without education. Mancha coffee without variety. Coverings that couldn't be used. Ralo from the bathroom clogged. Bad experience. I do not recommend.

The water in the shower changes temperatures randomly to the point where you can’t get in without getting burnt.
The pillows were old and uncomfortable just like the mattress.
