Warmth and humanity.
There are hotels that one remembers for their rooms or their location. But there are others that stay in your heart because of the people who work there, and this was one of those cases.
During my stay, I had a problem with my cards and it was a really uncomfortable moment for me. Jennifer Bastian, instead of making me feel embarrassed or rushed, received me with immense empathy. She took all the time necessary to help me, offered me different alternatives, and, above all, made us feel calm and supported during a stressful moment.
In a world where speed often takes precedence over warmth, finding people with human quality like Jennifer's makes a huge difference. It is those small, great gestures that make a place stop being just a hotel and become a memory one wants to return to.
Thank you, Jennifer, and thank you to the entire team for demonstrating that true hospitality is born from empathy. Without a doubt, we would return and would recommend it with all our hearts. ❤️

Incredible price-to-value ratio and very LGBT+ friendly.
We bought the Just celebrate experience and the truth is that they treated us incredibly well. As a couple of men, going to a hotel or living these experiences always makes us go with caution, but the truth is that they behaved incredibly well and in a very respectful way. I will always remember at dinner at Catai restaurant when the chef's assistant received us incredibly well and served us a very beautiful dessert of 2 hearts... we will definitely be returning. I found the value of everything to be incredible for everything it offers, and I say this having purchased several of these packs in various places, but the hotel is so beautiful, incredibly clean, and well-designed. Every detail made our visit a life that we now want every weekend hahaha.
