Great Apartment and wonderful hosts!
I stayed here with my girlfriend in July 2013 for 6 nights. We were very happy with the apartment, it was really nice, modern and clean and in a nice location not far from the beach with sea views.
The Hosts were great too really friendly and on hand to help with any requests you might have had.
We arrived at 11pm on the first night and we realised we did not have any shampoo, Kristina one of the Hosts rushed our to the shop for us and bought us some shampoo and extra stuff, it was totally unexpected and we were grateful.
If I came back to Bol I would definitely stay here again.
The Hosts were great too really friendly and on hand to help with any requests you might have had.

Bad experience
Sometimes it is easy to sum it all up in one very simple word : Great Disappointment and arrogant attitude of the host !
This is our experience at Appartaments Mikulic in Bol Island Brac !
To clarify what happened I will enter into the merits of the dispute we had with Rocco of the Mikulic Apartments (very rude in relating to us all) and that despite our Reservation of 2 apartments for 5 people (we were a group of 10) and despite our description was mentioned an outdoor patio with barbecue with lots of photos also in the press that confirmed Booking.com, and of all this not even the shadow, he claimed that the Reservation was regular!
We ended up with 2 apartments on the 1st floor with 2 very small balconies of 1m x 1m where it was practically impossible to move, so forced to stay indoors and not even be able to have breakfast outside because the apartment is not there allowed it! If al
Upon Reservation the outdoor space “patio with barbecue” had never been mentioned we would never have even chosen this property!
Further disappointment from ZERO STELLE, Booking customer service!
Upon our arrival made known the problem after 40 minutes between waiting and phone call they contacted the structure to find a solution but then they told us that no other apartments were available to make a possible change!
So Booking immediately anticipated by phone that it would interact in any case to find a solution, and / or in any case to meet us with a sort of refund and / or discount on future bookings to settle the matter.
They asked me to send all the photos and description of the issue, which I promptly did, and their first Response was that within 48 hours they would give me a Response about this issue.
After four days without any Response from Booking, I solicited with a further email, and here the great disappointment from a large company that I thought was very serious (I have been booking for over 15 years always and only with Booking) that responds with this email:

Ci tornerei
Sono stata qui con il mio ragazzo per 6 notti . Abbiamo alloggiato in un piccolo appartamento dotato però di tutti i confort : aria condizionata , cucina completa di tutto , possibilità di usare il bbq e lavatrice . Gentilissimi i proprietari ! :)
Appena arrivati ci hanno fatto trovare coca cola fresca nel frigo , l'ultima sera ci hanno regalato un ottimo vino rosso croato . Il proprietario , la mattina che dovevamo lasciare l'appartamento , ci ha accompagnato direttamente alla stazione del pulman.
Forse l'unica nota dolente è la salita che devi fare quando ritorni dal centro , che comunque dista 5 minuti a piedi .
Mi sono trovata molto bene .

gentillesse et disponibilité de l'hôtesse,ses filles parlent anglais puis nous invite à un verre à leur bar sur le port studio moderne équipement neuf mais assez exigu (salle de bain et cuisine dans un coin impossible d'ouvrir à fond les portes et le frigo) nous avons du prendre notre repas dans la chambre sur une toute petite table car pas de balcon !!!une table donnant sur le parking et les voitures à l'extérieur...bonne climatisation et réseau WIFI jardin communautaire avec barbecue(bien pour les familles) machine à laver appréciable (nous offre un paquet de lessive et liquide vaisselle)
dommage que tous les studios proposés (les plus couteux par personne) n'aient pas de balcon vue sur mer,nous n'avons pas pu nous installer à l'extérieur,la fenêtre donnait sur le parking :manque d'intimité!! difficile à trouver pas de pancarte avec le numéro et nom des appartements, la rue n'est pas répertoriée sur le GPS (un voisin sympathique nous a aidé en appelant les propriétaires) pas de persienne,la lumière passe le matin et nous réveille à 6H
