Best around
10/10 on service, 10/10 on apartment, 10/10 on location... Hard to see there's a better accomondation on okrug gorjni when travelling with kids and want close distance to beach and supermarket. Great parking if travelling with car.

Vacation in Okrug Gornji
Perfect vacation, perfect appartment, close to the main beach, shops, and all you need. Very nice and helpful owner. We were very unhappy we could not stay longer. Next time we visit Okrug Gornji we choose the same place. Thank you Tommy.

10/10 Service!
I haven't actually visited Villa Kruna Grada yet, but the service I have received so far has been excellent so wanted to write an early review! We were due to stay for 11 nights in August but due to changes to UK government guidelines on quarantine, we were unable to go on our holiday (these changes came only 2 days before we were due to set off!). I booked via booking.com so contacted the owner through this - they responded very promptly and the owner let us cancel free of charge (at this point we should have paid for the full cost of the room!). We rebooked for next year direct via the owner and they even upgraded our room at no extra cost! The whole process was hassle free, and at such short notice. We are very excited for our stay and will be writing an updated review next year, which I am sure will be just as good as my impressions so far. 10/10 would recommend if you are looking for peace of mind during this difficult time.

Great location, great stay
The location was perfect for our vacation within our vacation. This was our final stop in Croatia after a week of traveling and was great for relaxing. It was exactly what we needed at that point.
Check in was a little confusing because the people that are there 24/7 do not speak english. They called a guy that came over (about 10-15 min) to check us in. His english was perfect and he was friendly and welcoming.
The beach is a short walk away with restaurants, grocery stores, a ferry to Trogir, and lots of people selling day excursions. The beach is a rock beach so be sure to bring your water shoes. There are also sea urchins in the water so you would not want to try bare feet. The water is the most comfortable I've experienced. Not waves, no tides, no undertow. Just gorgeous clear calm water. There are people renting chairs and umbrellas. The restaurants are right on the beach so you can sit there and have a drink and enjoy the views.
Our room looked new with beautiful new tile throughout. We had a small balcony off the side of the building and a kitchen. Everything was in perfect working order and was very clean. Be sure to get an extra key so you can keep the air conditioning running while you are out (this was suggested by our host) as it is very hot and the A/C was just able to keep up by running continuously.
We didn't use much of the rest of the facility. The pool was smaller than I expected but we didn't use it anyway. There are lots of gathering places for groups so this place would be fabulous for a larger group that wants to get together for meals and drinks.
I walked into Trogir early one morning & it is a good "exercise" walk but do it before the sun gets too strong. I left about 6am and returned about 7:30am. The next morning we walked to the other side of the island and followed a path along the coast and then across the island. It was another great "exercise" walk.

Great place!
We had a great stay here a couple of days in July 2016. The place is super clean and nice. Nice rooms and nice view of the beach. The pool area is small but have everything you need. The beach is max 100 meters away.
The receptionist is very helpful and nice.
