Nice hotel for relaxing stay
Nice hotel for a wellness/thermal stay. Our room was large enough, the bathroom rather small. Everything was very clean.
We also had a small balcony, which was very pleasant.
Breakfast and dinner are served as buffets. In the restaurant it was rather noisy, we always tried to get a table on the tiny terrace.
Parking was free.
The staff was attentive to different levels and the tables were not cleaned in some cases.
The food was ok. There was a wide choice, but it was more designed for mass handling.
You have a covered walk to the thermal baths and in our package the Thermalija thermal baths were included. One day we stayed at the Orhidelija Thermal Spa, which was much newer, more beautiful and less crowded. For us it was worth the extra charge 100%.
We also had a small balcony, which was very pleasant.

Disappointing experience and unprofessional staff
DISAPPOINTING!
I have been a customer for 10 years and I must say that year after year, the situation has visibly deteriorated.
Bad reception, lack of parking for those staying in hotels, cold pool water, noisy and dirty saunas and in this last time, even the doubt about the payment of the bill. At check-out I regularly paid the bill by card and the transaction went smoothly. After a few hours I was called on the phone (disturbed I would say) by the hotel and later also reached by email, to tell me that they assume that I did not enter the PIN and that therefore the payment had not been successful (I had the receipt of the pos proving payment and debiting my account!) and invited me to contact them to get directions to pay for the stay! Bottom line after a few days they found out I was right and apologized, but now it was never too late! I don't condone such unprofessional behavior! Olimia never again!

Learn the Italian language
Arrival check in girls (2) none who spoke a little Italian.
Inadmissible!!!
We go to dinner in the evening no Waitress who welcomed us and explained how it worked and even here none who spoke Italian.
Most who come on holiday to do spas are Italians you have to train the staff to speak it.
General hygiene (room, bar, restaurant) poor.
X check out problems because asked to pay by instant transfer.
In 2025 where everything is done online and with cell...evolve!!

Pros and cons.
We stayed three days at the hotel Breza in August. It was pretty full. Let's clarify that there are three different areas in the spa. Thermalia relax/ Thermalia family wellness, and orhidelia. Thermalia relax has an east swimming pool and an indoor one with a wonderful structure in wooden strips, simulates a tree that wraps the roof. The outdoor swimming pool with a countercurrent water path is great fun to walk towards the current! The internal jets are quite weak, and of little opening duration. Some tubs have nothing some a geyser in the middle. Stop. There are a few places lying with pleasant hydro. This area is included in the price of the hotel room. Everything else is paid for single entrances. Hotel Located in a non-panoramic area. Few trees and green Covered by fake metal mountains to cover the premises of Ohidelia newly built. Room a little small, Room Service mediocre, knock at 8.15 to make the room. If you sleep you don't know if they'll clean it later. Lacks soap required for more than one day. Very welcome the bottle of thermal water. Buffet Dining without Welcoming. Medium menu, hearty, savory breakfast, missing desserts, maybe a cake or bread and jam or honey and Nutella.Cena from 18 to 21, but if you arrive at 20 some dishes are finished and that's it! Poor Service, several times I took away the dirty dishes because the waiter does not pass. There is pizza baked in the evening. Four stars, however, are a bit too many for the hotel, too bad because the pool is beautiful and would be suggestive with night lighting maybe chromatic lights I would say much more beautiful than Ohidelia very dark and underground.

One three days of relaxation&fun
Three days at the Hotel Breza, I would say that as a family spa stay is almost perfect, excellent pools both in abundance and quality (only flaw given the influx a feeling of water cleanliness not optimal in the pool of the Thermalja Family Fun), breakfast and dinner buffet good although especially for breakfast limited variety of desserts, all in all we will definitely return probably to try the new structure Family under construction
