Wonderful stay at beautiful apartment

We spent 7 nights at this lovely house in the hills. We stayed in a beautifully decorated apartment with excellent facilities. The view is spectacular and everything is incredibly well maintained. The owners were absolutely delightful and made us feel so welcome, even inviting us to join them for a late lunch when we arrived. The location is great and is within easy reach of many many sights, including Rovinj and the hilltop villages which are well worth a visit. I really cannot fault this property. A car really is essential to get around and maximise your time in the area.

Amazing villa with best hostess

Unfortunately we only had one night to enjoy the beautiful view and the great comfort and luxurious villa. Very nice swimming pool with great view and especially great hospitality! We recommend warmly!

One of a kind! 10/10

Location: Villa BV is situated about 500m above sealevel bordering a national park and forest and overlooking the Opatija Riviera with a stunning view to the islands (on sunny days all six of them). By car Opatija is about 10-15min away and provides a full gastronomic scenery, but if you are willing - all rooms have a fully equipped kitchen and there is also a barbecue. We loved to prepare our own food (with local olive oils, greens, fish) and enjoy it on the terrace or at the pool.
Amenities: This place has everything you might wish for. Its pure luxury. We stayed in the East Wing and just loved the queen-sized bed-cave. No need to take a lot of clothes, there is a fully equipped laundry room with ample supply of anything you would need. Free Wifi is available in all areas, maybe a little spottier around the pool than in proximity of the rooms.
Hosts: This family emanates hospitality and honest warm care for their guests. They created nothing short of a home. We would like to thank Vesna and Boris for their care and attention - you are incredible hosts and made us feel part of the family. We we enjoyed every second of your company and will gladly return.
Overall: a memorable stay in a perfect, warm, luxurious environment for those who look for peace, rest and appreciate independence and individuality. We found ourselves very sorry to have to leave.

wonderful stay

I booked the smallest room by Booking.com.; it is a new structure; Vesna, the owner opened her house to guests around may 2014.
Even if it was the smallest one it was big enough for a wonderful stay: my apartment included a sofa, a charming and coofy bad, a small kitchen (open to the living-room) but with a dish machine too, a bathroom with shower. All was very clean. We spent 4 nights.
The swiming pool is very nice too and you can have a superb vew all around the hills and down to the sea.
The location it' s around only 10 minutes by car from Opatija, the main town on the sea, but believe me, it's wonderful to rest in this boutique hotel after a day around the coast, or it's wonderful to lay down by the swiming-pool to do nothing too! There are enough chais for alla guests. The apartments are 4 or 5.
But the best of all, for me and my boyfrend, was Vesna, the owner: very very charming.
She gave us all she could and it was very nice to have a drink with her.
Please note that these are apartments therefore there is not a restaurant or a breakfast room even if Vesna offer you juice fruits, biscuits, chocolate or any other drink you need.

El paraíso en la costa adriática

Al tiempo de hacer la reserva, puede sorprender las calificaciones que otorgan los anteriores huéspedes. Una vez llegas al establecimiento, lo que te preguntas es por qué no todo el mundo ha dejado un comentario positivo de su estancia. No sólo el lugar, la amplitud y comodidad del apartamento, la tranquilidad y las inmejorables vistas de la isla de Cres, es el caluroso recibimiento y la hospitalidad que brindan Vesna, Doris y Boris lo que más recordarás. Muy recomendable.
