Prachtige locatie net buiten Vodnjan

We hebben 12 heerlijke dagen gehad op deze locatie. Gastvrouw Sandra heeft heel erg haar best gedaan en we hebben op en top genoten. Onze kamer was met balkon, netjes en schoon. Het bed was prima! In het halletje kon je gebruik maken van een koelkast en kon je er water koken/ koffie zetten. Thee/koffie/suiker ed waren aanwezig.
Het ontbijt was goed en gevarieerd.
Een echte aanrader, als je van rust en het buitenleven houdt, ver weg van het massale. Vanaf deze locatie kan je met eigen vervoer naar Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Fazana etc. Prima te doen.

Total rip-off!!

We stayed in the apartment adjacent to the hotel. The garden is pretty, but there are dogs that bark and poop there. Unfortunately the host is totally unfit to work in tourism. She is very rude to the guests and often raises her voice. Every step you make is watched and there were so many rules we could hardly remember them. No playing and jumping in the pool, no use of sunscreen (we rinsed it off in the shower every time before we entered the pool, but it still wasn't good enough), don't move anything in the room, don't park in the shadow of the tree, don't pull the curtains to the side, don't take a cooking pot out to the terrace, etc.
There is ZERO privacy.
The house had safety issues and was not fit for smaller children. The stairs were dangerous, the hygiene was lacking and the walls were damp and moldy.
Worst part was that the host entered our apartment without our knowledge, when we weren't there. So there are major security issues as well.
At the end of our stay we got ripped off and told that we couldn't have our deposit back, although there was no proof of any damage. We even cleaned the house and left it cleaner than before.
This is a total rip-off and this lady should be pulled off working in tourism immediately.

MEDIOCRE

Hôte autoritaire et directive
Petits déjeuners médiocre même pas un œuf au plat ou une simple omelette
Prix excessif compte tenue des prestations fournies soit 225€ les 2 nuitées
Piscine = bain de pieds dans eaux troubles
Je déconseille vivement
Seul plus propreté de la chambre tout le reste ne vaut pas le prix demandé

Schönes Bed and Breakfast

Die Casa Rustica liegt sehr ruhig in mitten von Feldern und Olivenbäumen. Die Zimmer sind neu und liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist in Buffetform und lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Der Swimming-Pool ist sauber und einladend.

Ottimo soggiorno

Ultima tappa di una vacanza istriana in un autentico agriturismo, abbiamo soggiornato molto bene accolti dalla Signora Sandra. Le camere erano molto pulite, ben arredate ed abbiamo usufruito sia della piscina che, una sera, di un’ottima cena nel giardino. La prima colazione era sempre molto abbondante e varia!
Speriamo di tornarci presto
