The stay was enjoyable and the staffs were friendly. They helped us to collect our parcels consisting of the items we bought online. Great experience! The room is clean and of high quality! Smoke-free room😇

Service is great, staffs are really helpful. No complaint about the price and location. However, found a cockroach in the room and bad sewage smell in bathrooms, common area and level 1 lobby. Really don’t understand how the smell get there on level 28.
Simply no soundproofing for the rooms. Can hear clearly what’s going on along the walkway.
I’ll definitely not return to this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful to receive our parcels from taobao ahead of our arrival. They have also upgraded us to the highest floor room with good view. And prepare a takeaway breakfast for us as we were checking out at 5am for a local tour. We enjoyed the experience of having a voice controlled toilet seat. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed overnight; hotel was good to go to Panda base, but breakfast was better than Shangri-la Qinhuangdao. Overall good option for its price. Thanks
