Sitting one day in the room and I heard a big crash.
I thought a big vehicle ran into the side of the building.
Upon inspection I found one of the big windows in the room broke into thousands of pieces. The staff gave me a different room across the hall that had 2 beds which I didn't need and a massage chair that I did use a few times. I had a bad case of diarrhea my entire stay in Qionglai. One night while in the bathroom the staff came into the room and in the bathroom while I'm on the toilet and refused to leave me alone. That was a bit brutal and insulting. Kust because i had diarrhea. Can you imagine? Immediately after leaving Qionglai of my week stay in this hotel and going to Chengdu my diarrhea disappeared. I was glad to leave Qionglai.

感谢您的回复和评价，对于您在邛崃的这些不顺利经历表示遗憾。外墙钢化玻璃（双层）由于暴晒等，最外面一层发生的碎裂，但客房里面没有任何影响，考虑可能存在安全隐患，给您免费升级了套房。另外工作人员是您随行的朋友因为无法与您英语直接交流，且告知您在卫生间不舒服超过了半个小时，找到酒店寻求帮助，酒店上报管理层，安排人员陪同一起敲卫生间门询问您的情况，并安排好商务车准备送您去医院，结果您表示可能吃了很多东西，有胀气，不需要去医院，并且说第二天什么都不吃，应该就好了。
邛崃气候条件得天独厚，才孕育了千年邛酒，水土养人，饮食还是相当具有代表性的，还是期待您能再次光临邛崃，给大家一次重新认识的机会。

It is one of the best hotels in Qionglai City! House prices have risen during the National Day but are reasonable. The location of the hotel is very good by the river. It is very close to the urban area. It is convenient to go to the ancient city of Linqiong and Wenjunjing, and there are all places to eat downstairs. , the equipment and facilities are good, clean, we live by the street, but close the windows, open the fresh air equipment in the room to change the air, still don't feel noisy. The mattress is moderately firm and soft, and you can sleep comfortably. The internet speed is a bit slow, but you can still watch some new movies and TV. Unlike some hotel TVs, you can't actually watch anything, and you have to pay for it yourself! Breakfast is regular, but the alkaline noodles cooked on site are super delicious! The underground parking lot was full. The park we parked under the command of the uncle security guard arrived in the open air at 4 pm on the 4th. The uncle security guard was very enthusiastic and responsible, which improved my impression of the hotel! Basically quite satisfied.
