Lovely and friendly staff. The breakfast very nice and the personal made coffee was great! The room matches the pictures and it was a very comfortable stay.

The accommodation at ROXANNE was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect as you could have a mountain view from your room and West Lake is literally just across the street. They have at least 2 different buildings with several room types, outdoor area, hot tub, grill area and just beautiful scenery. The rooms are very clean and spacious, modern with a lot of technological features that one might not expect. The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. We will definitely be coming back for another stay in the future!

If you come to Hangzhou, you must live in "Ruobai Yayuan" on the West Lake. The environment and facilities here are excellent. There is a constant temperature infinity swimming pool SPA, rooms with refrigerators, air purifiers, TV speakers, etc., super five-star hotel settings, clean and tidy, comfortable living , there is a restaurant cafe. It is very convenient to go out to the West Lake Scenic Area.
