I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in recent years, and this is the first time I have stayed at a hotel that cannot be delayed until two o'clock, which is this guest house in Yangpu, Hainan. . Maybe because there are no better hotels nearby, and guests don't have better options, so they don't pay attention to, don't need any service, and don't need any improvement. The staff surnamed Zhao, as a front desk manager, has no sense of service, nor any concept of wanting to improve his work, and he does not know how to communicate with customers. The top-down management is chaotic, like you can't live without it. Not to mention another staff member surnamed Bi, speaking like a leader. These staff members have refreshed my understanding of the ";Guesthouse"; brand. I suggest you go out and learn how other hotels operate, how to pay attention to service quality, and how to deal with customer demands. Otherwise, you are not far from closing down. For the first time in a few years, this is the first all-star bad review, because there is really no better choice nearby, and I may have to come and live in the future, so let's continue with one point.

Dear guests, hello! First of all, thank you very much for your stay. We are deeply sorry for the unpleasantness caused to you during your stay. Please accept our sincere apologies. According to the problem you have reported, the hotel's normal check-out time is 12:00 noon. If the guest has a late check-out request, the hotel will accommodate the guest's late check-out according to the room status of the day. Demand, according to our understanding, the room condition on the day you left the hotel was really tense, and the pre-arrived guests were waiting to check in, I'm really sorry! Your feedback is invaluable to us and we have taken this opportunity to revisit our service standards. Wish you be happy!

I’m still arguing about the late check-out. I have repeatedly communicated with many of you, including the front desk management. No one mentioned that the late check-out was due to the tension of the room. , the half-day room fee will be calculated after the time is exceeded, and we have always been like this."; You know how your business is doing this season. I can't meet a few people in the lobby and guest room aisles. I can't see a few people in and out. Now I have to use this as an excuse for bad reviews. The poor open rate? How ridiculous! For a little profit, no word of mouth is needed at all! No service required at all!

Average service, sorry for this facility. There is no place to eat around, you can only eat in the hotel, which is quite expensive. The night view can see the lights of the whole port, you can take a look. Breakfast was ok.
