+: service is great, nice staff.
+: restaurant, food is surprisingly good, price level is not bad
+: room design is nice
+: cleanliness of hotel room is good
+: environment is enjoyable
-: there is literally no soundproof. You can hear everything from the corridor and other rooms
-: sun is able to bypass bathroom window blinds and very bright lights gets into the room negatively affecting sleep.
-: shower takes a long time to get hot water
-: toilet in gym and playroom is dirty and full of cigarette smoke.

Superb facility, nice and clean. Staff are super nice and ofering their best hospitality !
The wetland nature reserve just next to the hotel had firefly in the night time, amazing !

没想到安吉还有这样的酒店。雨天感觉如同仙境般。酒店给升级送了早餐，好吃精致。房间的床很舒服，软硬适中。卫生方便也很好。服务员介绍说下个月马上有萤火虫了，要来看看。

好像来到世外桃源！很安静很舒适～房间里很清爽也没见到什么蚊虫 光影真的绝美～服务也超nice！餐厅的菜超预期的好吃！强推黄鱼年糕！

安吉，这次遇到最惊喜，最喜欢的酒店
设施：装修都很新设施很齐全
卫生：房间很干净，外面绿化做得非常好，没有看到任何垃圾在路上
环境：这个酒店的环境实在是太好了，绿化做得非常好，中间有一大片湖和草地，湖里还有黑天鹅，整个酒店绿化做得非常好，很像是在森林氧吧里
服务：服务员超级好，工作人员都很有耐心，24小时都有人员等待接应，效率也非常高
