The hotel I booked in advance, the hotel was stuck in traffic for more than an hour, and when I arrived at the front desk, I said ";the room is full"; and it was gone. I can understand that the room is full. After all, there are many people on that day, but why did you make a reservation for me? No room and no phone call in advance Let me know? What's even more ridiculous is that the two staff at the front desk only told me that the room was full, and they didn't take any measures. Staff A asked the person in charge to say that there was no call from the boss, and the other B said that he just took over and didn't know anything. This is a service Is it the behavior that personnel should have? Later, if there were not more and more guests (all of which were successfully booked online), the two staff members were unwilling to call the person in charge! In the end, after waiting for about an hour, the person in charge told us to change to another Jardine Hotel. As a result, after we arrived, the two hotel managers did not handover. Don't live if you want to live, the attitude is very bad, I really get angry there for no reason! Finally got to the room, there was no wifi, the quilt was yellow, the toilet was dirty, and I couldn't get through by calling the front desk! They didn't even listen to the service calls of the management!
