Good hotel in Hong Kong
This is my first time to Hong Kong and stay at Dorsett Tsuen Wan, the lobby is small but decorated, room is clean and the service is very good, like the free shuttle bus to the mall and MRT station. The concierge s very helpful, they arrange the bus schedule for me everyday. Thank you for Ming, Ryan and Dennis, they are really good service.

Happy to recommend
We stayed here for 4 nights from 7th July to 11th July 2027 as a family of 6 on holiday. We booked through a travel agent so didn’t deal directly with hotel and i’m not sure what exactly we paid for this aspect of the holiday.
We were in two rooms which were triples. The location of the hotel is very good if you use the free courtesy shuttle to the metro plaza (shopping centre) and MTR station which takes about 10mins and run every 30mins to/from hotel. We bought the tourist octopus card (via app) for using public transport and found it to be very useful and easy. Also public transport is easy to navigate and I wouldn’t say we were experts in any way - about 20/25mins on same line into Victoria Harbour area).
The hotel has a good breakfast which was included in our rate. There is also a nice pool but beware of the mosquitos. It was also closed quite regularly when we were there due to thunderstorms which is clearly beyond the hotels control. Our room was clean and serviced each day. There is also an outdoor sitting area on the 6th floor called Breeze. We purchased some beers from the 7/11 shop which is right outside the hotel and sat outside in the evening before dinner. The best part of the hotel is the concierge staff. They are so helpful. Helped us with maps, booking the shuttle, taxis, directions, umbrellas and were genuinely a credit to the hotel. We had a day at Hong Kong Disney and used uber as our means of travel - it was approx £25
