None warm water for shower
None warm water, first time call cs, they said that many tour group at the same time, machine out of service, they need to repair it and let me wait a moment to try again. I checked and wait one hour, there is still no warm water, second call to cs, they said that they will arrange engineer to repair, but i wait for long time, no one come to my room. Third time to cs, they replied me that the staff had already come to my room. I said that no one came. She said that she had to check with her colleague again. I am very disappointed. Although the staff attitude is nice, the experience makes me feel uncomfortable. If you don't mind wait until midnight and a little cool water for shower under zero degrees temperature, you may try this hotel.
