well, no greeting from staff on arrival or departure and I am a friendly person. I greeted but perhaps was too busy to notice. For a Chinese hotel, this is the best in the area, so I was told by the factory I'm visiting, so I wasn't expecting much, thus I wasn't disappointed.

I chose this hotel for traveling with dolls because I saw on Ctrip that the hotel has an indoor swimming pool, and the business hours are until ten o'clock in the evening. So I chose to stay for 2 consecutive nights, but the service of the hotel disappointed me. First, because we are old people with a baby, we have a lot of luggage. We asked the waiter to help us unload the luggage, but no one came after waiting for a long time. We old people have to go by ourselves. Push the luggage cart to take the suitcase to the room. The second is to bring the doll to the swimming pool to change into swimsuits, only to be told that we will get off work after 5 o’clock during the festival. The doll cried sadly and said that normal business would resume the next day. As a result, we took the doll to change at 5 o’clock the next day. I took off my swimsuit and went to the pool and said I was off work. After the Chinese New Year, the baby cried sadly for the second time. Happy to come but disappointed. It doesn't matter to adults, but to dolls, it feels like being cheated. The first time I encountered this kind of hotel, I was really speechless. Consumers should be informed of the change in swimming time, and they will never stay in such a hotel in the future!
