I highly recommend this hotel because of its comfortable accommodation and atmosphere plus it’s clean so much. Location also is great in the center where are many shops and restaurants are so close to it. I couldn’t deny that the reception and all the stuff are really kindness and helpful, the most amazing thing that all the stuff are always smiling in your face. It’s wonderful great hotel you will never forget your staying here. Go and you will touch everything there.

At 3plus pm, check in took ages, though there was no other customer other than us. The staff asked for help from colleague but still it does not help to speed up the process.
Paying the extra, I booked a KING room at high floor but was told that at the point of check in, only level 1 has king room & a corner room (which could be noisy) at level 4 is available.
In the end I need to accept a double single bed room at high floor, when we entered the room, we notice the stained "Chili oil alike" carpet.
Honestly for hotel that still wants to use carpet, the management should ensure any stain carpet is replace or thoroughly cleaned! It is so off sight for the next customer.
My 2nd stay in Lavande Shenyang group, the first was Middle street (which was not pleasant either), then now this one.
I will avoid booking Lavande Shenyang hotels in the future since the choice of hotels in Shenyang is very wide.

It was my first time in China within the 15 day visafree travel, and it was a welcoming first time. The room was very clean, and on the first floor. For some reason there were no toilet brush...
Very helpful when extending the room for one day.

房间干净卫生，全屋智能化，马桶是电动的，窗帘是自动的，wifi网速快，入住体验极佳，出酒店斜对面就有公交站，共享单车和共享电动车也很多，到地铁站稍微远点，到1号线南市场站1.1公里，骑车5分钟，走路时间长点20分钟左右。

麗枫酒店非常棒！隶属锦江酒店集团。地理位置非常优越，在沈阳市和平区光荣街十四纬路省水利厅对面，附近有南湖公园、中山公园、鲁迅公园、彩电塔、青年大街中路、万象城，出门就有公交车，到沈阳站、太原街几站路，距离沈阳故宫、大帅府、中街也不远，交通购物旅游非常方便。酒店环境优雅，安静舒适。客房布草干净整洁，温馨舒适。前台工作人员白芷、苍耳、锦葵、半夏和罗勒主动热情，服务周到，提出表扬！我预定酒店正值五一黄金周，就是价格比平时翻了一番多。五星好评！
