Cold and business oriented. If you stay for leisure maybe not the best choice of hotel in town

Detached and cold check in. No recognition using guest name at breakfast. Rooms are specious but the missing the human feeling especially when you come with family and children

I visited relatives and friends during the New Year's Eve, and they couldn't stay in our family of four, so I chose to stay in a hotel. Then came one of the most disgusting things about the New Year's Eve, with six red bags, and after I checked in, I ordered the money and put it in six red bags, which I put away in boxes. First of all, the second of the year checked in, the third of the year took the kids out for a stroll, the fourth of the year was ready to check out, took out six red bags found the biggest of them $2,000 red bags in the missing $1,300, the other five red bags in a lot of money, we first contacted the duty manager, the duty manager said to go back to investigate, and then gave a response was to ask all the staff who had come into our room, all said not to take. And then there was no context. We checked out because we were in a hurry and went to the Five Mile River police station to report it. The civilian police said this kind of thing left us guests to ourselves, because there was no surveillance in the house and no way. We stay in your hotel as a family, and when something happens to us as guests, can we just think we're unlucky? Your hotel is not our partner hotel, just because a casual stay children like your hotel, so as long as there is a Shangri-La and Kerry Center place we will generally choose, or are all at our own expense. And then something goes wrong and you're left to think you're unlucky? I'll send an email to your head office and Wang to reflect on this. I suggest that you need to improve your standards in terms of employment under the training. It's not much more than $1,300, a meal but it's really gross. Big New Year.

Bad front desk customer service in a hotel that is fine without being great.

The attitude of the front desk staff is extremely rude if you don’t speak Chinese. The hotel itself is old but still nice. If you are not from China, suggest you leave this one to the locals. There are other hotels nearby at the same price point with better service e.g New World Hotel
