Outstanding hotel in this area, clean and comfortable room but in bathroom has drainage problems.

The hotel room cleanliness is considered acceptable though not perfect. The biggest disappointment is the breakfast not served in buffet style, but room service instead. Hotel receptionist advised that there are limited customers with few guests only, thus hotel restaurant is not operating throughout the day. In addition, the breakfast sent to room is only available in limited choices. Drinks provided are only milk, no coffee and juices at all. Hotel can’t arrange transport for guests, but only provide contact number. Overall, hotel services are considered lower than expectation.

A very nice grand hotel actually, but out of nowhere and It seems empty because we are coming during the low season. It cater mostly to people coming with car or tour group. The meals at the restaurant downstairs is decent. They have 24 hours supermarket vending machine at the lobby to cater everything you need. There is a pipe for oxygen in the room but I dunno why the room can't be warm enough, we felt cold hahaha, and it's winter (kind of relieved that we just need to stay one night, I can't stand the cold during winter night) and another downside is their bathroom glass, are half transparent, so it feels awkward. But they helped us book a car to the train station next morning with very reasonable price. Overall, I'll still be glad to come back

Hotel was excellent from check in to check out. Rooms were spacious and clean. The food at hotel restaurant was good. Location is also good. I highly recommend.

Hotel location was a little distance from town area but if you nothing to buy from town then doesn't matter as have few restaurant around hotel area. Hotel quiet clean and new. Staff quiet friendly and have good service mind. Breakfast is ok too. Room clean
