Cozy

Very cozy little bungalows with their own beach. Kayaks and deck chairs available.
It took a while for the air con to cool down the unit but in general okay. Fly screen at the door.

Aitutaki the Paradise

The property is right on the beach in a stunning setting.
The rooms are simple but have everything you need.
The manager is very helpful and welcoming.
Next to the property there is an excellent takeaway (aquila), a well-stocked 24-hour minimarket, and a station with free drinking water.
We had a great time.

Everything you need - Great host!

Great location, room was very clean, free bikes to use, excellent value for money, roosters you will have everywhere in the Cook Islands and most of all the one of the best hosts I have had. Nick helped organise tours, gave us great tips and advice, was very thoughtful towards our stay. If we come back to Aitutaki we will stay at Sunny Beach again.
Grab a scooter for a day and go and do some tours too!

Lovely economical place to stay on the beach

Our family of 4 had a lovely stay at Sunny Beach Lodge recently. It is well situated, comfortable and at a price point which allowed us to spend money on a lagoon cruise.
Nick and staff were very helpful, arranging airport transfers, laundry and scooters. We loved the beach location and the availability of kayaks, deck chairs, bikes, free wifi and plentiful pawpaw trees on the grounds to pick fresh fruit. It is conveiently close to grocery stores and was a flat 15 minute ride into town.
