Great hotel - not too far from the Center
We stayed in room 2210 for 2 nights and enjoyed the amenities- staff are friendly & checkin was fast and easy. We bought the Copenhagen 48 hour pass from the airport and took the Metro to Bella Vista. Its a 5 min walk from the Metro to the hotel. There is a Netto grocery store & other restaurants nearby.
The area is quiet and more residential but a quick Metro ride gets you into Christianhavn and other central areas.
The room has a nice view towards the city and is comfortable - good for 2 night stay.

Disappointing stay for the Marriott brand
I will say the service I received during my stay was pleasant. However, that was the only positive. This hotel did not match the Marriott name nor the price point. At $200 a night (& that was a discounted rate) this hotel fell well beyond expectations.
Upon check in I was told I received an upgrade to a city view. The room was on the 10th floor. Upon entering the elevator we noticed the tv screen was broken and severely scratched. This should have been our first sign of what’s to come. Upon exiting the elevator on the 10th floor we were greeted with purple carpet and white walls which were scuffed/damaged in several places. It was as if I walked into a horror movie. There was a crib that was left at the end of the hallway and seemed to have never moved during our stay. Upon entering the room, we noticed there was a large crack in the window but there was a label on the top of the crack that stated “inspected” so we assumed the hotel already knew about this. Let me remind you this was an “upgraded” room. The city view was mostly of the construction and dirt right outside. I can’t imagine a room with a cracked window would be considered an “upgrade”. In addition the shower gel in the bathroom was empty and mold plagued several areas of the grout. Unfortunately I don’t have all the pictures of the issues I saw… mostly because there would have been so many to take.
Overall the modern exterior does not match the dilapidated interior of the building. Location is good though close to the airport and a short walk to the metro stop & 15 min ride into the city.
That being said I personally wouldn’t stay here again. The proximity to the airport and access to city center isn’t enough without some major renovations.

Wonderful Staff
Our stay at the Copenhagen Bella Sky Hotel was superb! We were able to check in early at 12:00 p.m. after starting our arrival before check-in, which was such a nice surprise. The staff was incredible! Every staff member was extremely helpful and able to answer all of our questions.
By far, our favorite staff member was Suzie, who worked at the front desk. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and gave us so many helpful tips, from navigating the metro to recommending restaurants and suggesting the best days to visit certain attractions. Suzie was so welcoming and friendly—she truly made our stay!
The hotel is located outside the city center and is very close to the convention center. If you stay here, I would ideally recommend requesting one of the highest floors possible. The higher floors have been more recently renovated and also seemed to be farther away from the construction.
The lobby was very clean, and the maid service was good. Housekeeping worked around our schedule and did a very quick and efficient job. The only minor issue was that there was some hair around the shower when we first arrived.
The surrounding neighborhood was great for grabbing dinner, doing some grocery shopping, and visiting the nearby mall. One of our favorite parts of staying here, though, was Andersen Bakery. Every morning, we would walk to the nearby bakery before hopping on the metro, and the pastries were absolutely incredible. They were some of the best pastries I have ever had! I would come back to Copenhagen just for the pastries!
Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Copenhagen Bella Sky Hotel. The helpful staff, convenient metro access, clean facilities, and amazing bakery nearby made it a great home base for our Copenhagen trip.

Good hotel
Very easy to find - difficult to miss as it is a 23 storey building and it has distinctive white, blue and glass appearance.
Location about 5+ km south of Copenhagen, easily accessed on metro - 5 minutes walk to nearest station.
Checking in was fast
Finding the room was easy
Accessibility was good - slight step (1cm) up into bathroom and a similar step down onto the shower.
Decor - clean white.
Bed - linen, pillow, mattress - all good.
Bathroom - clean with essential toiletries.
Light / noise at night - no issue with noise, but blackout curtains were not great.
Breakfast, was super.
Checking out was easy.

One of the Best Hotels in Copenhagen
The AC Hotel Bella Sky Copenhagen is easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Copenhagen. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the amazing design, modern style, and overall atmosphere of the hotel.
The rooms were spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable, and they were especially suitable for families. The view from the room was also amazing and added to the experience.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the amenities were excellent. The hotel had a great atmosphere, while the noise level was calm and quiet, making it easy to relax and sleep comfortably.
The location is a little far from Copenhagen city centre, but the metro and tram make getting around very easy and fast, so this was not a major problem for us.
The hotel is a bit expensive, but I would say it is worth the price considering the spacious rooms, modern design, cleanliness, views, amenities, and overall experience.
Overall, this was an excellent stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again when I return to Copenhagen. Highly recommended!
