Nice hotel

Just by the train station and the Tivoli gardens, plus near a hop on hop off bus stop.
unfortunately there was some building works going on across the road which was a bit noisy at times.
The rooms were a little dated but clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Good value for money and the bar in reception was a nice touch. Breakfast was good with a great selection.

Cross this one off your list

The hotel is old and the rooms have no AC. Hotel is located directly across the street from train tracks, which run all night and can be quite loud. While it was a convenient pickup point for the excursion that we had booked, we will not stay here again.

positives and negatives

The positive is the location, very close to the city center and the helpful polite staff. the negative is the proximity to train station and the noise from outside that make it impossible to sleep. There is no ac so you have to keep the windows open and noise from train, nightlife, cars etc is bad. Also, the hotel is historic which means a lot of things are dated and need refresh and upkeep. Bathrooms need a redesign, shower water spills onto the floor. Would not stay here again.

Power went out

Old style and worn, but charming. Small rooms. Small breakfast but ok food. Helpful staff when the power went out in our room.

Great Value and experience.

Great breakfast buffet, wonderful helpful staff. We lost pair of prescription sunglasses in Room 206. If located please contact tglass12003@yahoo.com. Oliver Sophia and David were exceptioal assets to our Copenhagen experience.
