An excellent choice for us

We booked a panoramic view room for 3 nights. We were so fortunate to get an early check-in after very long flights. Our room was on the 20th floor with an amazing view over the lake to Christianhaven and the city and the harbour. We loved being able to sit in the window, watch the city and plan our day from above.
The breakfast was good quality buffet and, at times, very busy. As Radisson Rewards members, we enjoyed the glass of wine in the evening.
We enjoy walking so we were able to walk to most places we wanted to see but it may not be the ideal location for others. Wherever and whenever we walked, we felt safe and the city is very flat. Taxis were readily available at the hotel entrance but there are no shops or restaurants right next door.
We would happily stay again.

Copenhagen Radisson Blu? No, definitely not for you.

Dirty rooms that lack proper cleaning.
The water pressure in the shower is low and the temperature is not consistent.
No airconditioning. No go for 2026.
Housekeeping is poor.
When addressing the shower problem in the evening no one could do anything until the next morning, after 8:30.
Manager that I spoke with came over as agressive, unprofessional, unpleasant and rude and not willing to cooperate.
Reception staff is friendly but mostly trainees.
High volume hotel that lacks empathy and personal touch. Not recommended.
Hassle free stay? Stay away.

If you like to stay at a sauna then this is the choice

So warm it felt like sleeping in a sauna, except there was no way to cool yourself down.
The water pressure was equally impressive, if your goal was to spend 10 minutes rinsing shampoo out of your hair. A "quick shower" simply doesn't exist here.
I would never stay here again during the summer, nor would I recommend it. At the very least, the hotel should inform guests before booking that there is no air conditioning. We had around 30°C in our room, even with the window wide open. Instead, the hotel relies on central heating, and the room thermostat is purely decorative. It sets expectations, but not the temperature.
For the price we paid, a good night's sleep should have been the bare minimum.

Ok hotel but housekeeping needs to up its game

Location is out of the way of the primary sights. Seems to be more for business/conferences than for tourists. 7 eleven 7 min walk away. Hotel has multiple good sized elevators. Good blackout curtains. Good breakfast. It's one of those European hotels with no AC. Needed to open the window to cool down the room. Unfortunately, our room faced an 8 lane boulevard which was the main thoroughfare used by ambulances or police cars with their sirens full on! Tea/coffee cups were unwashed. We had to wash them ourselves! Shower screen does not get cleaned as it had white hard watermarks all over it.

Nice stay

Nice stay. 3rd time staying here as our last stop before we catch the plane the next day. We choose to stay here because it has plenty of parking (even though you have to pay), resturant and breakfast option. It’s close enough to the tourist area so you can rent a bike (or Uber)..or even walk…but yet is in a quiet area and close to airport the next day.
One thing that may surprise non-European. Even though it’s a king bed, it’s actually 2 twin beds pushed together. That does not bother us one bit but I can see that being confusing for some. This is common in Scandinavia.
