This property is very nice and in an excellent location. It is walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and museums. It's also just a block from the metro so getting to/from the airport is super easy.

1.No real sitting area: a noisy , crowded lobby. 2 old armchairs by elevators. 3. TV channels only in Nordic and German. Terrible location: Right on the City Hall Plaza, hosting nightly super noisy events, the loud music shook the old walls till midnight during our 7 day stay. 4. Room and baths layout are very inconvenient. No mirror in one, where the shower was. 5. Price for 4.5 stars with reality of maybe 2.5 stars. 6. Stained carpets in room and corridors. 7. The only saving grace: wonderful staff. We’ll never stay there again.

Overall the location is great. The junior suite at which we saw pictures was on a single level and quite large. Quite different from the two-story one that we got stuck with. Very steep narrow staircase from The Loft to the living room bathroom area. Had I known they would switch us to a two-story I would never have booked here. Trying to maneuver those steps in the middle of the night is crazy. Also the bathroom lights Unable to be turned off without turning off the master switch to the entire suite. Was told on the phone if I didn't know how to turn the light switch off then I should just turn the main off. I'm a mature professional person and didn't appreciate the condensating manner in which the night person spoke to me otherwhe night se the staff is great. Also no air conditioning. Would not stay here again.

Thank you

I just wanted to thank the hotel and the staff for the way they looked after us. After a fabulous few days in Copenhagen, as we were checking out I had a heart attack. The staff were quick to act and then looked after my wife for four days whilst I extended my holiday in hospital. Above and beyond. Thank you from us both. (Also hotel in great spot for exploring, near bars, restaurants, Tiboli and the main cardio hospital

Just an OK hotel

The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable and the location is prime. Beyond that, the hotel is just ok. As other reviewers have stated, the walls are paper thin. We were awakened at 2am to hours of our neighbor talking on her phone in an adjacent room. There are no hotel phones in the room to call the reception to address situations like this.
The furniture and room need some care. The center table in our room had a broken leg and could have fallen on someone. The "a/c" in the room did nothing.
