Not worth the money paid

In comparison, to other Kinshasa hotels, definitely, it’s not the worst one, but to my opinion, it is not worth the money paid. Though it has electricity , hot water, and air-conditioning, the quality of service is much to be desired. The sheets and the pillowcases on my bed were dirty, not washed, and someone had slept on them. I went downstairs and asked to change them, and the manager just entered another room and took the sheets from the bed, actually they were not much cleaner. Almost everyone from our group of 10 complained of old dirty bed linen. Then we agreed on the breakfast to be served at 6:45 AM, as we had an early departure. At seven in the morning, the restaurant was still closed with no presence of someone inside. There was only one key from the restaurant door and I couldn’t even take the stuff I had left in the fridge, knowing beforehand that we might stay without breakfast. Finally, our departure was delayed for more than one hour.
We had a half day stay And I asked for a discount from the whole room price due to the drawbacks. But the manager refused. So finally, I just didn’t take the room. Next time I think I might choose another place to stay..
