The host was chill, friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We paid for the shuttle service which was very convenient. The location is within walking distance from many great sites, including Trafalgar falls. I'd recommend staying for more than 1 night to really enjoy the area. The spa and natural pools in the river where perfectly refreshing. There is no bug net, but the fan did the trick and there weren't many biting bugs around anyway. I'd highly recommend the dinner! The portions are generous!

The man is a crazy person. Beware ladies.

Terrifying experience. My friend and I stayed here a while ago. Natty was friendly and accommodating until I refused his offer of taking a trip to the beach with him, without my friend. At this point his demeanor changed and he started making my friend very uncomfortable with his comments - asking if she went to church and then calling her a liar when she said yes, rude comments about her being Asian. We left a day early. He was the only ride out of there. He got angry at us on the road. When we were finally dropped off and safe from him we looked at each other and lost it. The guides that met us at the new location asked if we were ok, and knew of Natty and his unstable craziness. You’ve been warned, ladies.

My favorite place on our Caribbean trip

I'm rating this place based on the value I felt like I got for my money. For U.S. $65 per night we got a comfortable cabin right beside a river with swimming holes and a hot tub constantly fed with hot spring water just a short walk away. I loved jumping in the river first thing in the morning, then soaking in the hot tub. Admittedly, our first impression wasn't good. Natty wasn't there when we arrived since he runs this place all by himself and the cabin looked uninviting and primitive. Once we got inside we found out it actually has a comfortable bed, hot water, wifi, and power. It's made of chainsaw-cut boards and bamboo and I found it to be so interesting. For an extra fee Natty will prepare breakfast or dinner. I look forward to return someday when Natty finishes the huge river-fed pool he's working on.

The owner was positiv and the livingstandard was good. Interesting with the warmwaterpool, as I use two times, evening and morning. Also the housecat was lovely !

Good sleeping facilities - warm water for shower - the warmwaterpool - the owner come at morning with tools and mintblade for to make my morning tea - the small lovery housecat and the river with colder water. 30 minutes walk to Trafalgar Falls !
