The best that you can have in Cairo

Pearl

Personal service in a friendly and clean hotel-Pension. Every trip, whether the GEM, pyramids, special shops, a sailing trip on the Nile or the transfers to and from the airport, was dedicated to safety and our personal wishes. ‘Our’ spot on the roof terrace with phenomenal views, was an oasis in the hectic pace of Egyptian life. What a pearl the Crystal Pyramids are in!

A last minute decision to visit Egypt lead to my discovery of a hidden gem in the old city.

Hosts Tarik & Kareem are friendly, attentive, and very helpful and good out of they're easy to make you feel at home.
Excellent menu offers a wide selection of contemporary local and european meals and drinks.
View of the directly opposite Great Pyramid are second to none.
A quaint and modern hotel with rooftop bar & dining area provide astounding views of Cairo and the great pyramid.
Can't wait to return for a longer stay to explore this amazing country fully in the near future.

I felt cared for and safe and welcome. A truly pleasant stay with a wonderful full view on the big pyramid from my bed

Family led and caring. Just say what you need and Karim and his family will take care of you. Any trip you’d like to do or pick up from the airport. Fancy food at 1am? There is always someone up to help you with whatever you need.
Located behind the great pyramid so it’s more quiet and tranquil and the short walk to the buzzling quaters is pleasant. Rooftop vibe is spacious and nice.
I really hope the government will ease the restrictions and let them take care of their own houses. Lately there has been an attempt to demolish this area based on missing documents but really it’s because rich people want to get the best locations and corrupt the government.
Blessings to all the families there who have been living in this area for generations. May the right spirit reign.
