Beautiful

We stayed at this hotel with my family for three days. I can't understand those who wrote negative reviews, because it enjoys a great location, the rooms are large and beautiful, The breakfast is super plentiful is always with the view pyramids, always with the look of the sphinx on, it was for us simply a wonderful experience! Work is finishing to improve some parts of the hotel, but a wonderful job will surely come! Those who travel to complain about the culture and customs of others should stay at home. For me it was also fascinating to observe from the balcony the everyday life of Giza, the people who travel on horseback and even with some camels, we happened during Ramadan and in the evening there was revelry in the streets, But we are of the opinion that if you are sleepy you sleep, and if you are hungry you eat what is there, without being compared to your home. They welcomed us late in the evening and accompanied us wherever we needed. We booked three excursions through them: one is a visit to the pyramids, a visit to the Egyptian museum, and an evening with dinner on the Nile. We know perfectly well that there could have been better prices But not knowing the place we preferred to rely totally on the hotel and we were super happy with our dear Sheriff guide, a very good guy, easygoing, very prepared, who spoke perfect Italian. It was an incredible three days immersed in the culture of Cairo with all its facets and with all its neighborhoods. Wonderful everything, and thank you for the wonderful memories that we will carry with us forever. Deborah and family ❤️

Terrible.

The same hotel on Booking.com is called Location Pyramides View Inn. Just when the boy from Sky Pyramides comes out and says your room at Location is taken, you can spend the night at Sky for just $50. There was no way out. They agreed to the offer last night. Checked later that Booking.com had the same room for $21.
The room is dirty, noisy, the bed linen is old in reels. The bathroom switch is broken.

Scam

The room sucked, it felt messy until late at night, the cold came in from the windows that were broken anyway.
The bed togas were also broken.
They left us a whole day without water and when they restored it, it was cold anyway.
After several hours they decided to move me to another room, goodness them, but in which the bathroom switch was broken and I had to sleep with the light on (the bathroom door was transparent)
Negative experience that I do not recommend to anyone.
The next day with 10 euros I slept in a better place.

Do NOT stay here

0 out of 5. They made us wait at concierge for 45 mins unable tocfjnd our reservation I had the paperwork & app for. Kept saying “ 1 minute” every 5 mins. 45 mins later the manager calls & says our room is almost ready, to note we got there at 8pm so it wasn’t busy check in time. My gut told me this was a bad idea, worker had me talk to the manager who yelled at me on the phone cause he was too busy. So the workers couldn’t just punch in my last name?
Do not stay here, everyone mentioned after the showers don’t work. Save your money

Perfect stay

location is perfect and you are 5 minutes from the entrance to the pyramids. Comfortable room with views of the pyramids. Wonderful breakfast and the hotel staff is very kind and helped us with everything we needed. I recommend! Next time I come to Egypt I will certainly stay at this hotel.
