The best hotel i ever been

Everything was top-notch! The atmosphere in the hotel was fantastic.
The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. ☺️ The animator, Adji, kept the atmosphere lively. And the two gentlemen at the pool bar, Mohamed and Hasan, were the best bartenders! We wholeheartedly recommend them.
The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained.

The worst food we've experienced in Egypt so far

Location & Atmosphere : Is quite nice, but you can not really swim in the sea, only a little during a high-tide. The sea and beach are nice only for photos... If you want to swim in the sea / snorkel you need to book a trip 30-45€/half day or go to a nearby private reef for 11€/3hrs. After 2 days you have seen every rock there and its SSDD.
Room & Cleanliness: Rooms are spacious and very nice, room service is excellent and public areas are very nice. Pools are also great but every day quite loud music from 10-19:00 gets uncomfortable, especially when they play every day the same music.
The main issue: Food. Breakfast is of limited choice, but good - the best part of your day here. They bake own bread and pastry's and those were amazing. Lunch and Dinner are pure suffering, they are not able to cook warm dishes at all. The soups are tragic, anything from grill is always undercooked, even undercooked pizza or fries. Seafood & Fish inedible and some people got sick from them. On one day they have discovered they had rosemary, so you had a ton of rosemary in every beef stew / goulash (meanwhile having undercooked meat in it). Generally the main courses are either unidentifiable mush of things, or undercooked low-cost canteen food. They have attempted a few times a special for dinner like roast beef (so hard and dry, like made from 300 years old dead cow); whole roast turkey (a formidable attempt, which even I wouldn't make) - sadly again dry and inedible; Beef Wellington on contrary undercooked and the pasty & meat raw. From a la carte restaurants is the only edible the Oriental. Its really good but extremely overpriced (for Egypt). Overall we were eating mostly plain vegetables, salads with rice and occasionally fries, if they cooked them properly .
Most of our party had stomach problems and the food ruined our vacation.

Extraordinary vacation with a rather painful note.

We have just returned from a beautiful vacation at the True Beach Resort, where the colors and scents of the place completely envelop you.
A very elegant and well-maintained resort, with particular attention to the care of the gardens and the cleanliness of the entire area.
The staff is always available and never intrusive, quietly accompanying you through the days, in harmony with an animation that is present but discreet.
The sea and beach are uniquely beautiful for their kind, with colors of the sea that change continuously.
Rooms, I had one with a sea view, that took your breath away.
The only negative note, in a truly fantastic setting, unfortunately, concerns the food.
Repetitive, of modest quality, not 5 stars, and I believe this is a very sore point, as it represents the negative aspect of the entire establishment.
This review aims to raise awareness among the owners of this incredible establishment, to commit to improving this unfortunately very evident shortcoming.

FANTASTIC vacation

I should write many things because it was a unique and wonderful experience for everything, from the service at the restaurant where everyone was very, very kind and smiling, from the manager to all the staff, to the bar service both at the reception and at the beach bar; the wonderful staff made us feel pampered, and Mohamed, the resort driver, was always available. What can I say... we will definitely return next year because it deserves a 10 and praise from us. Thank you for everything from the bottom of my heart. Giusy and Paolo
