Excellent Hostal and Host
We were initially a bit worried that the property was about 2.5km out of town (20-30 min walk). However Alfredo is always available to drop you into town free of charge and it’s an easy and cheap ($2) to get a taxi back. He is also extremely helpful with any trips or boats you need to organise.
The room was super clean and was cleaned everyday with a a change of bed clothes.
Our only regret was that our Spanish wasn’t good enough to have more of a conversation with Alfredo and his family.
I highly reccomend this place. Thank you Alfredo and family for such a lovely stay!

Wonderful island guesthouse
As every other reviewer has said, Alfredo is an utterly kind and wonderful host--as is his wife! He was born on the island and knows it well. He picked me up at the ferry dock, and whenever I needed a ride anywhere, he was always exactly on time. He brought me breakfast in the morning, and there's nothing better than a bowl of fruit straight from the orchard and delicious, creamy farmers egg from the hens outside.
My room was spotlessly clean and there's a kitchen shared with the neighboring room. The property is full of fruit trees, so depending on the season, there's always something ripening. In the morning you hear bird song (and some roosters, of course!)
After a full day of hiking and swimming, this makes a completely relaxing hideaway to come home to--and the value is excellent!

Great place,people,clean
The owners are just amazing!they offer you free ride from the airport and will take you around town to check out some tours.
The only problem is that it's located 2 km from town.
If you like a place to chill and breath the Galapagos breath, this is the place
