Loud as hell and rude staff! Avoid!!
Unbelievably loud! Here I am at 3 am on a Wednesday, 2 nights in a row not sleeping at all because of the bumping music below. I asked to get my second night refunded given I did it last minute and he refused. And was really rude showing me to other rooms to relocate me to. The second room is louder! It’s literally hell. The whole point in getting a room is to sleep, is it not? It won’t happen here! And the front desk man in the morning will act like you are the unreasonable one for actually wanting to sleep. I don’t often give bad reviews, but when it’s bad, it’s bad. Listen to all of us and avoid this place. You would be better off sleeping in a park outside!

First night unbearable disco noise
I check in at 6 pm. Don't feel well. Room is large, nice clean has a kitchenette. Moderate street noise from restaurants. Quiet at 10 pm. At 11 pm unbearably loud (bass thumping) disco noise starts. After an hour I go out to the club and ask them to turn it down. They so no we have a permit. You have to call the police and make a complaint.
Sorry, this is so unbearable the hotel needs to disclose this fact before someone decides to rent a room. Shame the room is perfect in many ways BUT I rent a room to sleep (at least after midnight). It is now 12:30 - no idea how late this will go.

Not possible to sleep
Place has nice and clean rooms. Located in old town in Pärnu. Pärnu old town is not big. My room was situated like that so in window I could see a bar. And in that bar was party all night. I even call police, but it didnt end. Even eardrops didnt help.

Bad customer service!
Myself and two friends have been staying here on Erasmus for two weeks. Last Friday night we were all asleep in one room , and were woken at 2:30 am by a loud noise of someone trying to get in to our bedroom. He pushed the door handle relentlessly and banged and shoved on the door trying to get in. We were terrified and shouted at him to go away but he didn’t stop and made no noise or spoke at all. He continues to fiddle with the lock and push on the door. We were so scared. He finally stopped . We were awake for ages. Finally fell asleep, then again at 4am it all began again. This time worse and with more force on the door and walls around the door . It continued for another 5 or 10 minutes. We were so frightened we called the police. They came and we threw a key out the window to them. When they approached our door they said We are here to join the party ... We were all shaken and terrified and they didn’t do anything to help us feel safe. They left and we stayed awake until morning and told receptionist when she arrived at 9am. She didn’t look at the cctv which was directly outside our room and didn’t do anything. Later we were told the man in Question was staying next door to us and he will be there all weekend until the Monday. So we had to leave the hostel and check into another hotel room until the Monday when he had left . Appalling customer service and complete lack of care for a room of women who had been terrified and subjected intimidation and harassment by another guest in the middle of the night. Women, do not stay here .

Terrible customer service
Me and two female friends stayed here we had booked for 3 weeks. one night a man checked in beside us and decided to try break into our room twice in the one night. First at 2.30 and 4am we ended up calling the police and they came but the man had gone by the time he came and we did not know until the following morning it was the guy next door to us. We spoke to staff the following day and they had no remorse and done nothing about it. The man had booked for another 2 nights so we had leave and book in another place for the two nights when we returned they still had not acted on anything. I have never experienced such bad customer service and would not recommend this place to anyone else. Especially females as males are more important.
